The people here are amazingly helpful and kind! These people have saved me money time and time again, and even on the phone I was talked through fixing something myself because they know I’m a public school teacher and wanted to try to save me some time and money!!! This place has restored my faith in humanity, it may sound melodramatic, but it is very true!!!!

DO NOT, get your devices repaired here, I took my google pixel 7 pro here to have a simple cosmetic repair, the back glass was broken. I bought the part and took it to Gary he repaired the glass but rendered the NIFC payment and scanning system on the back of the phone nonoperational. There was also a dead pixel now on the front of the screen, He made me buy the new part that he had broken, then when he installed it the two parts, the phone over heats and constantly shuts down, audio doest work on phone calls there a really bad panel gap in between the screen and the phone, the phone won't hold service. Every time I take my phone to Gary it comes back with a lot more problems it didn't have before, and he's taken no accountability, or responsibility to rectify the situation. I finally took the phone to someone who knew what they were doing, and they said that the parts Gary had instructed me to buy, were the wrong ones, and the work on the installation was shotty. He also left for a flight after repairing my phone and gave it to a lady named Claudia, and getting back was a nightmare. Really unprofessional I can't recommend against this company enough.(This is my first bad review for anything ever)

Fantastic, responsive, fast, and honest mobile phone repair service. They come to you with everything ready (parts etc.) and repair on the fly. Couldn't ask for better. Highly recommended!!!

So the service was great but I have to update this to say the screen failed less than two weeks later while I was traveling in Brazil. The screen never actually worked properly and would have parts of the screen where the buttons were held down and will just shut off periodically. Not really worth the $ spent. A disappointment as I wanted this to be 5 stars. Quality of the service seemed good but the repaid was not robust.
Just wow, what an convenient, respectful and swift experience! Within half an hour they were at my door, diagnosing the issue and walking me through the fix. Pricing was transparent and market rate with all the other options in the area and the whole process took maybe 20 mins. I am saving this number in my phone!!! Thank you so much!
Update, reaching out to Gary again to fix my broken phone, definitely worth the call.

Gary was great. He came to our house, fixed the stripes, and cracked screen. Then when we brought the phone back in the house, and the screen went gray, and couldn't be rebooted. Gary came back fixed it all up for free, and now it works great!

Incredible service!! Fast, reliable, and genuinely friendly. Gary fixed the glass on my iPhone 11 over Memorial Day weekend when most other shops were closed and did such a fantastic job. Highly recommend!! Thank you Gary!! ??

Gary is absolutely amazing! I called on a Sunday afternoon because the port on my phone was having issues and not charging. I was leaving for a work trip the following week and would have been in difficult situation if my phone died while I was abroad. Gary picked up the phone and gave me advice on how to fix it and to call him back if cleaning out the port didn't work (I've been having issues with the port for a few months). He offered to meet the next day and fixed my phone within 2 hours. He absolutely saved me and his prices are incredibly reasonable. I've worked with other phone repair shops and he is absolutely a tier above. I can't think of anyone else I would go with and you shouldn't either.

Gary was amazing. Helped me choose the right Pixel 6 screen to replace my broken one and once I received it, he was able to fix my phone on the same day I told him I received the new screen. He had my phone back to me within the hour. Such a great guy. Super friendly and got the job done right and quick. Definitely recommend him..

I called because I had a ridiculous phone accident. Gary immediately picked up, listened, diagnosed what was wrong, and told me how to fix it myself. The solution wasn't intuitive but it worked. I didn't even need to bring the phone in, and he helped me free of charge. I've used him in the past to fix another phone and the experience was equally as good. I'd highly recommend using Wireless Options and will always contact them with my phone issues. Gary is quick and honest. I'd trust him to be helpful and careful in any situation.
