Apparently wine barrels are in short supply. I haven't been able to find them nearby. Found this gentlemen on google maps. Ordered 2 barrels and Chet delivered them a couple of days later. Thank you Chet.

Beautiful half wine barrel planters, for a very good price with local delivery included when you buy 2. I texted on Friday afternoon and had them delivered on Monday morning. Very easy to coordinate via text, and the planters are very high quality.

Fast, honest, nice guy. Love my planters! They do smell like rancid wine, so have your soil ready or a place to store where you won't mind the smell.

I texted in the morning, asking about a half wine barrel for a planter, and one for a water feature in my backyard. Super nice dude delivered them to me within HOURS, for a very reasonable price. (He accepts Paypal). They're gorgeous and just what I needed. The one for the planter even has holes pre-drilled!

Chet is a very nice Man and his barrels are competitive in price but with an added bonus. I went to several hardware/garden centers and they all had barrels that had been sitting out in the weather and were heavily oxidized and loose. Chet buys his wine barrels up in the wine country, brings them down to Oakland and they are stored in his warehouse space. Cellar to warehouse. They are like new and gracefully age in your yard. That was they key for me to highly recommend him and also it's great to support a local small businessman.

I emailed Chet a few years ago and bought three wine barrel planters. He promptly delivered them to my home two days later when he was in the area. Three years later, the wine barrel planters look the same as when I received them. I am thinking about buying more. I am satisfied with the service and product.

Chet has a great product, these wine barrel planters are outstanding. We've ordered from him in 2016 and again in 2017, to replace cheaper ones we'd purchased elsewhere that started falling apart after one season! He's also very personable and responsive with customer service; if he has barrels in stock, you can usually get them in just a couple of days.

Sent a message to Chet through yelp asking for a referral to a barrel dealer closer to my home in San Jose. Chet called an hour later and left a referral voicemail on my phone. Awesome service! I will recommend anyone interested in barrels to Chet. Next I will even consider driving up to Oakland!!
