This is now the worse location I’ve been too in the Bay Area, I been banking since 2007. My business account has a lot of money going in and out. However, if you’re not Hispanic, then your services are going to be poor. So you must speak Spanish or else you’re not gonna get good service. They don’t care how long you’ve been banking or how much money is in your account. It’s been a very recent experience here.

This location sucks!!! Also be aware on Saturday they say they close at noon, got there at 11 and they're closed.

I went into this Wells Fargo on 11/24/23 trying to open a new business account for my company I noticed the representative was busy with a couple she was helping and there was one more person ahead of me waiting so I waited patiently, after she finished helping the couple she walked over to assist the one other person that was ahead of me that took about 30 more minutes bringing my wait time up to an hour wait which wasn’t my problem. My problem is that soon as she helped the last person ahead of me she grabbed her purse and the rest of her belongings and left out the bank without saying anything I was just there looking like an imbecile after waiting patiently for over an hour. I walked up to the ladies at the counter and asked if there was anyone else to assist me and they stated no that’s the only representative they have available today. I received horrible customer service and I left and went to open up a new business account with Chase and was treated very pleasant I see why so many ppl look down on Wells Fargo customer service is horrible I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was the only person here and it still took at least 15 mins for someone to speak to me and it was one single teller talking to a man for the entire time. It's in DEEP EAST OAKLAND do I really need to say more? They aren't concerned with their customer service they are concerned with their safety. Stay far away from this place if you actually have money.

On July 7 2021 I went to the wells favorites atm. The atm took my card so I entered the establishment to get assistance. First let me say everyone in there was Un happy and unwilling to help. There was a heavyset African American guy at the the counter. When I walked up to get help he instantly had an attitude telling me there is nothing he can do they do not service the atm and don’t have any information on how I could contact them regarding my card. I then asked to speak with a supervisor he stated he was the supervisor which he was not because when o asked him for his manager info he gave me a card for Jorge Morgan the d 1538704z I called him for help and he told me to get a new card from my bank. These are the most incompetent people I have come across. They let you know they are not there to help.

10700 Macarthur Blvd, Suite 6 A, in East Oakland is the best service I have ever experienced in my over 30 years with Wells Fargo. This unknown treasure, MacArthur branch, has just reopened and has no line. Christina Banuelos the notary and loan expertise is efficient, service and you can have your business done in 1/2 the time here. A MUST to come.

Busy and in a part of town that's not too safe. Id just as well drive out a little farther for a different location. Matter of fact pass on foothill Square altogether of u wanna have a good stress free day

I've wasted so much time with this company . Anyone with any sort of association with this company reading any of the 6 reviews I've been able to write today, I have absolutely no faith that anybody will try to resolve any of this. You deserve 0 stars
