This branch never has enough staff. Long wait times. I don’t understand why they don’t get more staff during peak hrs. Makes no sense.

This branch of Wells Fargo is one of the worst I have ever visited, customer service is poor at best, is a shame that it is the closest to my home, I spent over an hour in line last time I was here, and when I complained to the branch manager she went on the offensive instead of helping!!! O by the way all the time I was here... only one teller!!!. Stay away from here if you can.

This branch is the worse , last visit I waited 45 Minutes and all the tables were empty and they don’t want to give appointments in person, And Others workers,just wander around,without doing anything.

WELLS FARGO REWARDS! Horrible incompetent service. I tried to redeem my rewards for a 50" TV for Christmas. The TV arrived with a cracked screen. I immediately opened a claim with the Rewards department and was told that they would get back to me in 15 days. (There goes the Christmas present) 20 days later, wondering what was keeping them so long, I called back to find out that they had closed my claim because they tried twice to call me and I didn't answer. (I had no messages on my machine, so I can only conclude they lied) My word against theirs. Still, if they really wanted to prove they tried to contact me they could have sent an email, which they didn't' So I open another claim. 20 more days pass and I call, same thing, they closed the claim because they tried to contact me with questions. (NOTE: Each time they called, the question was the same, "Do I have the original packaging?" Yes, I did. I already answered that question with the rep I spoke to twice already. We open yet another, third, claim. Next day I receive an email saying there was nothing more they could do because 30 days have passed and it was all on me now to contact the manufacturer. Of course, the manufacturer isn't going to do a damn thing because the TV was damaged in shipping. So, now I'm stuck with a smashed TV I have to pay to dispose of, and I'm out all my reward points as they say they can't refund them either. I would not recommend you use Wells Fargo redeem points for anything other than cash. Their customer service is deplorable, and you don't want to get stuck in that run around.

This bank is the worst. They have no staff and when I received a call for my appointment, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and made it clear that she didn't want me to come in. On top of that, her instructions were confusing. I went in and had to wait in line, but the woman who helped me at the window was very kind. She explained what I needed to do, but then the woman who had my appointment had a terrible attitude. I'm not sure if she was having a rough day or what, but I had a bad morning and didn't want to argue. She seemed to want to make me feel stupid or something. Since I just turned 18, I wanted her to explain things more clearly, but she didn't have a helpful attitude. I will never go back to this bank again. I will definitely switch banks soon. The corporate office needs to address the issues at this location

The calendar in Bill Pay has been down for two weeks. I am unable to schedule any July 2023 payments. The whole Tech Team needs to be fired!!!

This is in the up and coming somewhat gentrified upper Fruitvale neighborhood but it's def a "hood" Wells Fargo. Under staffed and therefore always a line and crowded. Upon entry, top flight security barked at me asking why I was there. Ummm I wanted to do some banking. He said for the particular service I requested, I needed an appointment and I can make it online. There were no bankers available. Basically it was almost closing time and he wanted me to get out. I walk in at my appointment time and again: a long line, frazzled employees, and people huddled in the small lobby area with no masks on breathing all the inside air. I waited and wouldn't have been surprised if I got caught in the middle of a bank robbery/heist. I looked around and identified who would be suspect. Luckily a banker shouted out my appointment time and I stood up, only for her to be surprised that I was even there and begrudgingly took me back to her desk to do her banking job. Continued begrudging demeanor as she half laid attention to the transaction and half played on her phone under the desk. Additionally, awkward over sharing of personal info on her part. Thankfully my transaction was completed quickly and I ran out of there and won't ever be back.

Very bad service. I have came to this place twice and the manager is less cooperative and does not want to listen to customers situation . It has happened this before and happened this with the same manager again. Before Covid this place used to be am efficient and place but no more. I don't encourage anyone to go to this place if you need any urgent help on your banking.

This branch is almost always painfully busy. Additionally, the phone number only gives you a recorded message which says "Thank you for calling Wells Fargo. You've reached a number that does not support voice mail," Then hangs up.
