Ooof! I came here on a Saturday because all the other locations around me were closed and wow, I've never seen such a long line to get into a bank before. The good news is they are fast and efficient at this location so it goes by super fast. There are also two security guards at the door so I definitely feel safe coming here. Only reason this location doesn't have five stars is because of the parking situation. They really have limited parking in the lot. Other than that, I'm happy to go to this location. Thank you!! :)

The worst wellsfargo branch!!! The banker who didn’t help me for my appointment made a week in advance was extremely rude. I literally had to go and close my accounts with wellsfargo! This branch should be shut down along with all the bankers!

Tried for days to simply go in and get a roll of quarters. Left because of long lines and only two tellers. Went to downtown branch which, I discovered, had permanently closed except for atm service. Why hasn’t staff been reassigned to banks that now take on the extra customers? Seems like poor planning on Wells Fargo’s part resulting in long lines and poor customer service.

They are intentionally making it as inconvenient as humanly possible to visit this location as the security guard lounges on a comfy chair with his mask pulled down as people file out the door. He finally makes an effort to see what's holding up progress and it seems that Wells Fargo only employs a single teller here. How very unprofessional, how very humiliating for the company, to have people forced to stand in line complaining about the pathetic level of service.

The official "thank you for you patience" branch.They're always understaffed, with one guy in a suit seemingly there to posture as he never is helping clients.And to top it off, they're usually unhelpful when you have to do anything other than basic banking that an ATM can cover. "Call customer service" before going to this branch.
