Terrible customer service. Went in today and waited for an hour. Third person in branch doesn't even care to help. On top of that, there was no one in the disability window. stood in line for 30 mins. A disabled lady and gentleman was behind me in line. An older lady who didn't look disabled was in front of me. I was 2nd in line while the two windows were full. Employee returns from her lunch or whatever sat the doable window. The lady in front of me sits down when she could have waited for the normal window. One of the employee at the normal window goes to lunch, again just three people. 2 at window (1disable 1 normal window). And I'm guessing someone in the back who didn't give a fuck to even care or help the customers waiting in line. After that lady at the disable window left some man comes in and jumps the line. The disabled ladies behind me should have been next as they waited in line for almost an hour. That man just barely walked in. Got me heated and so upset. Terrible customer service is all I gotta say.

This is the most racist bank. I tried to conduct a business call while in this racist bank. I was rudely interrupted mid conversation by a racist employee. I have been conducting business with Wells Fargo for 33 yrs. I will never conduct business nor will I allow anyone I know to support this branch. I'll write a letter to corporate

Makes sense that it's majority Chinese employees as it's in Chinatown. They have been very kind every time we show up and make sure to cover all our business needs. Great branch to bank at!!

Never heard of cashing a wells Fargo check has a fee, of 7.50 I have cash alot of wells Fargo checks with having an account with them!. Older Chinese lady screwing people for a fee of 7.50. Entire staff need to he restructure!!!!!!.

Please do not come location these bank , They are very lazy from manger to teller, they always watch video and texting during working time ,line waiting very long. These is not first time always happing like that every Saturday, I hope someone can investigate on camera and clean up all these people get better !

Made a deposit to my account and the women who helped me was very nice. The branch was nice and clean. Also walking distance from Jack London Inn hotel.

A no haggle bank! They get it done. Thank you Tenzon and manager for moving seamlessly to fix a couple issues on my business account. Don't let parking turn you off. Park in 888? garage nearby for cheap!

Opened a SEP IRA for $25,000 and they "LOST" the money. Couldn't find what happened to it. Took two weeks to do some "research" and then "find" a check that was "waiting for instructions" - ????!!!! A lot of BS. I only noticed the missing money in March after opening six months before. I asked for them to pay me interest on the past six months and was denied. I then see they had the nerve to CHARGE me a $125 fee for early termination when I asked for it back to invest with someone who I can trust. Lesson about Wells Fargo is: they would love for you to forget your money there and seem to have a process to ensure that. They don't talk to one another. No one cares. No one is there very long, people are shuffled through. Not sure what government agency to report this to but am surely going to find out.
