DO NOT pay extra for delivery of medication. It is extremely unreliable at this location. Your application may tell you that there is a deadline for same-day delivery, but unfortunately that's not true. You can place an order before 4:00 for delivery, but it's not going to get to you same day.

Growing up, I used to come to this, Walgreens, and it was always packed with things ❤️ ? ? This time around, multiple years later, I noticed many of the isles were unstocked and empty ? The floors were a bit scuffed and the energy was low. I came to the pharmacy to pickUp a prescription and after a few attempts was able to get my order filled.What happened to the vibe?

Hello everyone,I just want to support some comments that I have read on this site telling about my experience in this Walgreens Pharmacia in Foothill Blvd.I was ordering a medication that my mother had run out of and one of the cashiers at the pharmacy told me that the medication had been picked up, I told her that we had not done it and that I wanted to know who had done it, she told me that he couldn't show me who had done it.I called my mother's insurance and they told me that the medication had been canceled by the pharmacy since we did not go to pick it up on time, according to them, but they said it had been picked up.I called the pharmacy again and the manager rudely told me that the prescription was very old and that is why they couldn't refill it. I then asked her why they had given me two different versions and she only told me that she and she only told me that she had not answered my call or told me that and hung up.It is difficult for there to be no one who can do something for the clients, we pay for a service that is provided to us but is quite deficient and with many entanglements.I don't want to go back there.Thank you and good luck!

Pharmacy staff is a joke, they only have one younger lady in there that knows what she's doing and isn't so shitty to customers. Besides that everyone is so rude and feel so entitled there it's sad. Please go ANYWHERE else

Dear Customer Service Team,I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your [Store Location: 3232 Foothill Blvd, Oakland, CA 94601]. I spoke with Ashley, who identified herself as the store manager, and the encounter was both unprofessional and unsatisfactory.On 09/08/2023, I called the pharmacy to inquire about the availability of a prescription. Ashley's response was abrupt and rude, as she hung up the phone during our conversation. When I called back and asked if she could check other nearby pharmacies for the medication, she refused to help. When I requested a future call-back time, she was dismissive and uncooperative.Finally, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, Ashley hung up on me once more. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a store manager, and it has left me frustrated.I kindly request an investigation into this matter and hope you will take the necessary steps to ensure that such unpleasant experiences do not recur at [Store Location: 3232 Foothill Blvd, Oakland, CA 94601].Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

I called and waited for hours for someone to pick up the phone. However, when someone does, he/she hangs up the phone! This was done so many times! How rude they are!

We went to get batteries. I had a $9 off coupon if we spend $30. So we get the batteries which were on sale for $14. Then we grabbed some paper towels which were also on sale like 2 for $8 or something. We got some drinks and a bag of peanuts for $2. When I get to the front, the total came out to almost $50 dollars. I seen the batteries rang up for like $20. The bag of peanuts rang up for $8 like wtf?! And so I asked the woman (who was very nice) behind the counter why the prices were different. She said that they put up the sale prices for tomorrow early. It was like 2 o'clock. We live right down the street and come here all the time. There was nothing they could do about matching the price and she apologized, but we fasho won't be back. Also, the security guard let two different people by who were stealing backpacks full of stuff. She was on the phone and honestly looked like she was on drugs. I'll be going to CVS from now on.

Store can't function on 2 cashiers, might as well close it. Waited 15 minutes to not even get a deodorant at this point people are gonna steal instead of buy, security guard doesn't even do anything

This Walgreens is the worst store & least helpful.I needed a important rx filled. The pharmacy didn’t have it in stock & refused to have it transferred to the store. They told me the doctor would have to resend it to a different store.It’s really awful & shameful that they aren’t able to do a basic transfer. I switched to CVS with 0 issues.
