I dropped my dog at daycare for 2 consecutive days. It's convenient how this is the only daycare in the bay that is open 24 hours! They watch your dog for a 12 hour time frame from the time you drop them off until you pick them up. The first night I brought him home, he seemed happy but reeked of urine. I should've seen that as a red flag, but still proceeded to send him back the next day. After I picked him up from the 2nd day, he had diarrhea all night long. Although the image of this facility looks pristine and professional, I'm sure they overcrowd their facility and keep the dogs in filthy conditions. Don't leave your dog here unless it's the last resort. This was based on my experience back in Aug 2022.

Our dog seemed to be well taken care of when we picked her up at Wags after coking back home from our family trip. She was a bit aggressive but that would have been because she didn’t see us for a week. Not sure, but I would definitely use their dog boarding services again.

We have been taking our dogs here for six years and we trust Peter and the team immensely. We have tried Rover, and other boarding facilities, but the quality of the accommodations and service, and the ability to reach a team member 24/7 are all invaluable and unmatched. Our dogs are always so happy to be there, you can tell when we pull up and they get excited. Thank you to the entire Oakland team, y’all are like family.

Great staff and an excellent space for Mr. Moose to spend the day or a few nights when we are out of town. Love the photo updates and accommodations to make his stay so much easier on us.

Our dog Edith loves to go play with her friends every day . The staff is very responsive and accommodating . I personally think the VIP package is a great value if you are in need of daily care . You can also take them in on the weekends . Love it. Thanks Wags and Kayla in particular !

WAG hotels oaklnd is one of the best places in the bay to take your furry friend. With TLC from all walks of life, the Oaklnd staff knows exactly what to do, to give you the peace of mind. Maybe you’re dropping off for a grooming or for a day adventure, or longer travels, rest assured, wag hotel will leave your puppy, feeling super happy, exercised and calm… I’d highly recommend all day play, with an overnight, topped off with the ice cream sundae, also known as a pup cup. A good experience would be to try one day and then build your overnights…, be sure to let them know about any special needs! :) they gotchu!

Everything was great - my only minor comment is that when he came out he was VERY frizzy. But other than that he smelled great and his nails were cut. Next time I need to make sure we groom AND haircut

I’m very happy with the services Wag Hotels provides. I appreciate the level of communication whenever anything happens, I’m quickly made aware of it. The front desk staff has always been helpful when I had any questions and it’s nice when they recognize Drogo when he arrives for his Daystays. I get photo updates a few times a day which is awesome. I recently utilized their grooming services and Drogo came home happy, smelling good with his nails trimmed perfectly! I highly recommend Wag Hotels services.

My boys have been going to WAG Oakland for years now. The are in smalls all day play. I feel safe knowing that they have someone with them all day and have other dogs around if they feel like playing.It's great to have a place, with a great staff, that you can leave your fur-babies when you can't be with them. They love the staff and are always welcomed when they arrive. I can check on them via the cameras if I am missing them and I know they are cared for.When I have to go out of town, I know that WAG Oakland will be there to watch over my boys.They have done a great job improving some of the thing that were not ideal and it just makes the experience more comforting.Thank you to all the STAFF at WAG for keeping my boys safe and loving them too!

I love.The cut, they did a nice job.I would highly recommend the them to anybody with a pet.It was about $115 to start , but after that it will be about$100 and up Depending on the pet but it was worth the money.

I brought my seven year old cocker spaniel Prince to be groomed on 03/20/24 at Wags Oakland with groomer Natasha who did an EXCELLENT job grooming Prince unlike groomers in the past. Natasha followed instructions to the letter and groomed Prince exactly to my specifications. Natasha is an excellent groomer and I will continue to request her for Prince's grooming needs. I highly recommend Natasha. She needs a raise!!!

Our pup runs into daycare when dropping her off. She has the ability to play and nap when she wants and I know she is safe during the day. Thank you Wag staff for taking care of our girl!
