Woohoo I'm a very happy camper, thanks to Mike Jr,Jesse, John and Clarissa , Tolao and the whole crew really they went above and beyond even brought the car to my home :), I bought a beautiful Golf tonight , got a great deal no pressure, can't wait for next needed car will definitely go back to them ..

If you're seeking to have your car serviced, I recommend you go elsewhere. We took our Tiguan in for a service they recommended in January after our routine maintenance was performed in December. Since the recommended repair was completed, we've taken our car in 4 times because the oil light keeps going off. Each time we've had our car evaluated, they report that they "can't replicate error," put in another quart of oil (each time the oil is down a quart - a new problem since the service in January), and tell us to come pick up the car. We've shared videos of the oil light going off on our dashboard. Frank from the service department stared at me blankly when I expressed my frustration and then repeatedly read the service history back to me. Today we asked to speak to the service manager, were informed they would call us back and they never did.

This is my second VW .. Started my pre-approval online and Joey contacted me to get me started over the phone .. I had my sights set on a 2020 Tiguan but fell in Lovvvvve with a 2024 Tiguan instead .. Was approved over the phone for $0 down and by the time I got there they were ready for me with the biggest and most welcoming smiles and presence .. Tony , Joey and Clarissa were able to go Above and Beyond to meet all of my needs .. and I wasn't there for long at all .. Adding all types of incentives OMG I was really made to feel like a VW Oakland VIP Just like their license plate holders say .. LOL .. Test drove the 2020 but Tony was like 'You might like one of our new ones' and began to describe all the upgrades .. Drove the 2020 around and I was already 100% ready to get that one .. mileage low and rides good and smooth .. Joey gave me the keys to the 2024 and Baybeeee .. I only drove it 3 blocks came back and was like That's the One I Want .. FaceTimed my 18 year old and she was like 'Yep' .. I'm really happy I came in and I left with EXACTLY what I wanted .. Joey, Tony and Clarissa are friendly, welcoming and really experienced in customer service and satisfaction and sales Double Plus for me .. Lastly, because I drove my car there they Clarissa delivered my new car to me at home .. She went over all the features again and made sure to help me set up my app and phone connections .. Yesssss !! I'm a really big fan of teamwork and today my experience was remarkable and memorable .. Keep Up the Great Work !!

Joey was super helpful and responsive when leasing my id.4. He was able to work with us to ensure we were getting the best deal and all remotely! When we picked up the car Clarissa walked us through all the features and how to charge and made sure we were comfortable in the car before we left. together they made our first leasing experience super easy. Will definitely be returning.

I recently purchased a used VW ID.4 from VW of Oakland and I love it! Cristian had me test drive several ID.4's before deciding. John the sales manager explained all the details of the sale plus got me the tax credit and Clarissa help explain the features and operation of the car which is more involved then a ICE car. Always amazing customer service!! I just purchased my 3rd car from VW Oakland and I cannot rave enough about the team! Tony, the GM, is the man and he has such a great crew who are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and on top of their game! I was helped by Joey and Clarissa who got me into the ID 4 that I specifically wanted. And Tolao was also very helpful in ensuring I understood my contract and was happy with my purchase. Needless to say, I am extremely happy and will definitely be returning in the future!

This is the second review I've written about VW of Oakland. I rarely write reviews but that place is so outstanding that I feel the necessity to write another. My husband and I bought an ID4 last year, and from sales to service etc, all has been exceptional. But today we met a product specialist, something I didn't know existed until recently. We met with a young woman named Clarissa, who is a product specialist, a person who can walk people though the rather complicated software in the car We love the car, but we are an older couple and none of the computer stuff is second nature to us. OMG, we had no idea what our car is capable of!! Clarissa is a very poised young woman, very professional, very smart and VERY knowledgable! She never made us feel bad for asking basic questions, and she was able to explain and help us in a way that was clear and precise! I can't say enough about our experience with her today. We learned SO much and she was very kind and understanding of our small amount of knowledge without ever making us feel stupid! I would highly recommend calling and making an appointment with Clarissa, if you love your ID4, but having problem with the software system. thank you Clarissa!!!

I purchased the tire warranty for my 2023 ID.4 and am glad I did. I will say though, that Charlie and his service team were amazing in getting me in and out early in the morning with the repair/replacement. I definitely recommend the whole service team there. I have only worked with Brian and Charlie on a regular, but when I have worked with the others, they have all been great. Also, was hesitant to trade in my Atlas, which I loved, and to go all electric, but Tyler convinced me it was the way to go and I haven't looked back since. Thank you Oakland VW - You keep the Fahrvergnügen alive in the VW blood!

I came here to get the vw I'd been looking at for days. I called cristian over the phone he was very nice and patient with me. He answered all my questions. when I got there, they immediately pulled the car around and I loved it! Clarissa was very helpful as well, she was patient and interested in helping me figure out all the cool accessories on the car. she even delivered the car to my home and still had time to explain how to connect my phone to the car via Bluetooth and download the VW app

Charley Rigolfi came through again this year when I needed a new wind shield and a fix on my sunroof. Everything done on time and my car arrived neat and cleaned and a delight to drive.
