Friendly with high quality service, totally recommend for all your car repair needs!Brought my car here at the last minute for help with a broken tail light. He remembered me from another service I had over a year ago, and basically gave me the quick service for what ever I had in my pocket. Great place!

These guys are the absolute best. I don't normally leave reviews but they took such great care of me and my car during a rough situation after my parked car was hit by another vehicle and I had to spread the word. It came back to me better than before and they pushed hard to ensure the insurance company covered everything they were supposed to. They consistently called to update me about what was going on and made the entire ordeal a whole lot less stressful. I will always take my car here from now on.

These guys were great. I rear-ended someone & crunched my whole front end, was afraid it was going to cost a fortune, but they replaced it & used some after-market parts to keep the price down, so I got a whole new front end for $3400 which was better than I'd feared. Plus they got me in same day & turned it around really quickly, and treated me well, so I'm a fan.

Don’t usually post reviews, but this small business deserves visibility and accolades! I accidentally hit my beautiful Tesla on a cement wall in a parking garage resulting in a horrible, huge dent. I was miserable AND moving cross-country in 1.5 weeks. I certainly wanted it fixed before I moved, but I didn’t have much time. After some searching around, I found this gem of a business and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. They worked very quickly and I received my car back within two days! When I picked up my car it looked brand new & they even detailed it! The price was super fair and the team was extremely communicative and friendly. I couldn’t have been happier with my service. Really nice guys, that are honest and do good work. Being a woman and needing repairs done can be nerve wrecking because most places just want to take advantage, but I got honest good pricing based on the work that needed to be done. Nothing else. I will bring any of my cars here if I ever need more work done, and would happily refer them to anyone in need of body work. This shop gave me a reasonable estimate for fixing a deep dent (through the paint) for my truck. They completed the job within the estimated time they gave me. They fixed the dent and repainted the area to look as good as new. Overall had a good experience with this shop with no surprises in cost and good workmanship.Services: Painting

VIP Auto Collision Repair is excellent! I'm thrilled with their Auto repair work. I highly recommend them! In the span of 1 month, my new car was hit by a flying object from a trash-collecting truck on the Bay Bridge. A friend recommended VIP and told me to ask for Jose. I did. A perfect Gentleman, and a super nice guy. He's a true professional. I was able to drop by for an estimate on the same day of the accident. It worked out with my insurance. Within the month my son's car was also hit. I called up Jose and he effortlessly fixed my son's car. Nothing but smooth sailing. Jose and his team did a flawless job on both cars. Jose at VIP Auto has the best customer service! I had some problems with my insurance and he handled everything professionally and communicated every step of the way. They did a great job repairing my car after a major accident and even covered the deposit because the repair took some time due to parts shortages. Would 10/10 recommend!

Excellent service! Joseph was so welcoming and understanding when I was stressed about my tail light needing to be replaced especially as the only way to get to it was behind the bumper. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and from there he took care of me and my car! Highly recommend and would definitely come back here if need be.

Charlie at Vip Auto Collision Repair was very helpful with my car after a break-in, helping clean it up, do some basic repairs and also recommended a car wash nearby to vacuum and clean up. He made a harrowing experience tolerable. However, do not park in the street near them, apparently it's a target for thieves due to the restaurants nearby.
