VIP collision was absolutely the best experience! My model 3 was side-swiped fairly badly at a parking lot - they drove away with no insurance info. I thought I'd have to change several panels and it would cost way too much. VIP fixed it perfectly, for a super affordable price, and I had my car back 3 days after I dropped it off. Jose was super communicative and his team was really sweet and checked in every day to keep me updated. Also while I was there - most customers seemed to be return customers - clearly VIP takes their work very seriously and they did a perfect job. They even cleaned and waxed the car - just as an extra for free! Best experience I've had with a car shop - highly highly recommend!! Thanks VIP!

Horrible "repair" shop. 2 weeks more, 2 weeks more, then its 5 months later. They lie. Go somewhere else!

Being in wrecks was a thing of the past, but the work performed was excellent. I still send my friends there if they have a collision and they've always been satisfied

Had a dent and scratches to my fender as well as a hole in my rear bumper due to an accident. Jose and team did an amazing job and quick! They completed the job within two days! The dealership (and others) quoted me $15k- $18k to fix, and Jose and team completed for $1800. Everything is the same color and my car looks good as new!

They are the best! Thank you so much VIP Auto. Needed some urgent work done to fix a dent in a hard to reach area and these guys gave me the fairest price by far, and even touched up the rest of the car. Super communicative and friendly - Charlie is truly stellar at customer service, he’d keep me updated and was super flexible about payment options. Would 100% recommend to a friend.

Great work by the guys here. They were vigilant in trying to get in touch with insurance companies after I was hit. They were honest, and accountable and they got the job done quickly once we worked everything out. Grateful to have been directed to VIP and would recommend highly.

Friendly with high quality service, totally recommend for all your car repair needs!Brought my car here at the last minute for help with a broken tail light. He remembered me from another service I had over a year ago, and basically gave me the quick service for what ever I had in my pocket. Great place!

These guys are the absolute best. I don't normally leave reviews but they took such great care of me and my car during a rough situation after my parked car was hit by another vehicle and I had to spread the word. It came back to me better than before and they pushed hard to ensure the insurance company covered everything they were supposed to. They consistently called to update me about what was going on and made the entire ordeal a whole lot less stressful. I will always take my car here from now on.

These guys were great. I rear-ended someone & crunched my whole front end, was afraid it was going to cost a fortune, but they replaced it & used some after-market parts to keep the price down, so I got a whole new front end for $3400 which was better than I'd feared. Plus they got me in same day & turned it around really quickly, and treated me well, so I'm a fan.

Don’t usually post reviews, but this small business deserves visibility and accolades! I accidentally hit my beautiful Tesla on a cement wall in a parking garage resulting in a horrible, huge dent. I was miserable AND moving cross-country in 1.5 weeks. I certainly wanted it fixed before I moved, but I didn’t have much time. After some searching around, I found this gem of a business and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. They worked very quickly and I received my car back within two days! When I picked up my car it looked brand new & they even detailed it! The price was super fair and the team was extremely communicative and friendly. I couldn’t have been happier with my service. Really nice guys, that are honest and do good work. Being a woman and needing repairs done can be nerve wrecking because most places just want to take advantage, but I got honest good pricing based on the work that needed to be done. Nothing else. I will bring any of my cars here if I ever need more work done, and would happily refer them to anyone in need of body work.
