This is the 4th time I've used their shipping services here . They are always very helpful and I love that they have a little mini shop there so if I forget to grab anything I can just purchase from their supply . Family in Vietnam says they have always received the packages in a timely fashion. 5 stars service .

This is an updated review. After the first time I used Vietlight Cargo service, I was pleased and I gave the business 5 star. However their service is going downhill, plus the last time I was there they tried to charge me an additional 10% on almost everything that I wanted to send to Vietnam. I did not agree with what were charged so the agent called her manager/boss and I was able to talk to him on the phone. What he said did not make sense at all. And every time I asked him to repeat what he just said, he changed the answers immediately and blamed that he had explained to me in detail. He also tried to make it seem like he did me a big favor by not charging me for one thing.... I also found that the agent did not do the math correctly on the extra charge so I asked her about that and she said that they had to charge an additional fee for the medicines as well.... So it seems like they charged whatever they wanted without letting me know, and every time I questioned them about the charge, they explained that there were other stuff in my box that needed to be extra charged as well... None of those items had been discussed with me before an invoice was made. So I decided not to use their service and I took my stuff to the VN Cargo which is one block away and guess what, VN Cargo only charged me an additional fee for one item, while Vietlight cargo wanted to charge for at least 8 items! I was a returned customer and I do not recommend you going to Vietlight Cargo.

Very satisfied with Vietlight cargo. This is a reputable and quality shipping place . Friendly , good service customer . Mình gửi nhiều ni rồi chỉ có chỗ nay uy tín nhất , không ăn gian cân nặng cũng nh thuế nay kia cho từng món hàng , gửi nhieu còn đc bớt thuế , truoc m gửi ở san jose hay bi tính ăn gian thêm bớt tiền , từ ngày biết Vietlight cargo , tiền gừi rẻ hn nhieu so voi trớc kia , hàng vê cực nhanh trc khi co dịch 4-5 ngay đến sg rồi , giờ khoảng 10 ngày thôi a . Giờ quen m đi ngang để thùng hàng vào cho họ tính roi chay ve nhà do k co thời gian đứng đợi cân tính tien , nhng m yên tâm lắm vì mọi ng ở đây dễ thng nhiet tình , khó kiếm đc chỗ thứ 2 .

I used Vietlight cargo's shipping service at Sacramento agent. It has been almost 1 month and my package has not been delivered to my family in Vietnam. I ask them to provide my tracking number / airway bill to check where my item is currently. However they did not send it to me. During 3 weeks I called and texted but THEY STILL DID NOT PROVIDE my tracking number. I asked when my package were delivered, they said they did not know because they were inspected by the Vietnamese Customs. I don't understand why they don't provide tracking numbers to clients. Their responses to the customer's claim are irresponsible. Many people in Sacramento sent packages to Vietnam through this company. Up to now, their family have not received for more than a month. And Vietlight cargo at Sacramento also refused to provide them the tracking number. It's really bad service company.

The owner is really nice and helpful with their customers. I still remember the first time I have used this service to send my stuffs to my mom in VN. I was extremely nervous and wondering if it would be right on time ( about 7 to 12 days) as expected or not. Fortunately, it was on time and didn't lose anything. As arrive, the employees called my mom asked the exactly where she live and times would she be home that they could bring it to. Yeah, I'm keep going to using it and have absolute faith in them.
