I needed help with my account, and this was the closest Verizon to me. Verizon doesn't make it clear if you are in one of their stores or a "partner" location. Long story short, the manager said she couldn't help me because their call center was closed after waiting for a variety of reasons, having nothing to do with providing a good customer service experience for me. Sure, I was there at a strange hour, but also, it was a strange experience like German retail. Your milage may or may not vary.

I love how informative you both are and the chill environment both of your energies produce! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Usually anything involving getting service on electronics can feel like pulling teeth but I really enjoyed the experience! It has everything to do with both of your professionalism. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Angelica K. was a representative helping me activate my phone. She had the best professional presence. She was patient, knowledgable, and keep eye contact with me while I was speaking which was signaling that she was listening to understand. I'm so happy to be able to have her help me get my phone going. The manager Savannah S. had beautiful oversight and interacted with both me and the representative while waiting for my info to transfer. The vibe in the store is super chill. Its very clean. The music was surprising smooth. I really grateful to have ran into this store for support. I'm very satisfied! Thank you Angelica & Savannah!

Avoid this place at all costs!!! First of all, this store is a "Verizon Authorized Retailer" called Victra. It is NOT a Verizon store and they charge fees that Verizon does not charge. I've been trying to get a refund but they claim they don't know how to do it and I'm forced to wait with everyone while false promises are made. They are not knowledgeable in what they're doing and all they care about is your money. Google and other places should not list this business as a Verizon store. Complete frauds! They will also start spamming your phone number after doing business here.

Hire more customer centric employees like Angelica Keene. Angelica's professionalism and ability to handle multiple customers efficiently was truly impressive. I hope Victra and it's store managers are taking time to recognize Angelica Keene as she is a true asset and beacon of what good service looks like. Nice job on this excellent hire team Victra!

I smashed my phone in a parking lot, drove to this Verizon store, walked out an hour later with a new one all set up and ready to use. Angie helped me get the best deal available to me, set me up on a totally reasonable payment plan, helped me through the data transfer process, and even installed the screen protector. The whole crisis from accident to pairing my new phone with my car to head home was over so fast I didn’t even get my heart rate up. Thank you to Angie for the next level customer service!

This is Dante’s 8th circle of hell. Worse than the dmv. In total, 5 hours and two trips to get a new phone.I called in advance and made an “appointment.” Turns out, I just spoke to someone at “corporate” and the store doesn’t care or know anything about your appointment.I told bro I wanted a new phone. He said, can’t help ya boss. I said, this is the phone store…what? He said, ok let me see what I can do. 3 hours later I had a new phone after me and bro made 6 collective calls to customer support numbers.However, I still had to transfer my data from old phone to new phone. After waiting in the store for an hour for that to happen, I realized no progress was being made. So I took my old phone and new phone home to do it myself. Then I had to come back to return the old phone. I pulled up on a Friday at 5pm, during working hours. The store was literally boarded up.So I am here now, again, trying to return my old phone. And I’ve been waiting for the one bro working here to help me, for an hour.

This store sucks. Whoever profits from this store clearly does not care about customer service, competence, communication, or value their customers. You will spend hours and hours waiting for the slowest service you can imagine.

I intended on giving this place a 0/5 stars, and would have if it wasn't for Andre. Seriously give this man a raise or a promotion. When I walked in at 5pm on a Friday, I was immediately told that they were closed despite the posted hours on the door stating they didn't close for another 3 hours. It looked like there were 3 groups of people and only one very angry/rude employee. She told me to go to another location or (after asking about the hours on the door) I was told I could wait for hours. So I tried to go to the other location that was suggested to me but they were already closed. So when I reluctantly came back as a last resort effort to activate my SIM card, Andre was there and thank god for Andre. He looked like the youngest, possibly the newest of the 3 employees who were there by now. Andre was helping 3 people at once, greeting everyone as they came in, and was just nice and helpful in every interaction I saw. It was a very different experience from when I was barked at and lied to instantly when I walked through the door an hour earlier. So thank you Andre! This place sucks without you.

I am a regular customer at this location since 2015. However, in the past I have had some terrible customer service experience with some of the staffs. Specifically with this particular African American Lady who is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. I have never seen such a customer service representative who thinks she owns the place and could even threaten to sue their clients while being asked a basic question (as if that’s not a part of her job)But yesterday, I was assisted by a gentleman named Terry who was extremely professional, polite and approachable. Mind you, he was the only one on the floor and he was swamped with back to back customers. But not even önce he seem to freak out or even complained about anything. He was very patient, knowledgeable, pleasant and welcoming. He stayed until 8:30 to help out with each and every customers and went above and beyond for them. He definitely deserves a raise. Employees like Terry need to be applauded, appreciated and valued! Kep up the great work Terry ?

The upgrade of my phone took hours after they originally messed up with me having to pay my 24th installment of my phone when I already paid for it. I thankfully was helped to get a credit back but then, I was lied to about the Disney Plus package being free from the store manager, Hugo (I believe). It was 10 dollars a month for the two months and I only caught it because I was on my phone app. I will not be coming here again. Go to corporate, not a third party; it is too disorganized with misinformation.

Never imagined that any company would conduct themselves in this way. Guaranteed one price eventually via text) and though not denying this, Verizon is charging me 700 more each month. As this isn’t actually a Verizon store, each company blames the other and I am stuck in the middle feeling like I am dealing with the mob. Can’t undo and apparently stuck with a 30,000 bill (over 36 months). Just aweful. Stay away.
