The ATM kept $3 from my debit card on an declined transaction for insufficient funds! The ATM already charges a whopping $3.99 for withdrawals, so holding $3 hostage, is robbery!! My account says PENDING, that could take up to 10 days to process! I’m steaming right now because I only had $25 witch I expected to get $20. If I didn’t have enough to get $20, what logic does it make to withhold ANYTHING? ?

The gasoline pumps are old. It took more than 20 minutes to fill $75.00 worth of gas at $5.69. I wasn't able to use my credit card at the pump because the buttons were missing and wouldn't acknowledge my touch.

This is my honest review of Valero gas station on 7300 Bancroft avenue in Oakland California I came from the airport one of the gas pumps was broken it took me about 20 minutes to get gas there is a lot of guys at the gas pump falling asleep at the gas pump hanging out and the people work there don't even tell the people to move to be honest with you it's a horrible gas station and this is honestly and to be true drive there you'll see what I'm saying you will see cars sitting at the gas pump falling asleep in cars drug activities and so many people hanging out it's unprofessional gas station and now I'm glad that we can add pictures cuz I would definitely posting those next

Usually has unprofessional little kids working behind the glass and the fat young Mexican chick has a real bad attitude. Somebody needs to fire her ASAP.
