Dont rely on your appointment at this location. They dont care whether you have an appointment or not. I set up an appointment at 11 and came 10:50 but they keep ignoring me and helping other services. Its 11:25 and still waiting.

Just visited today to mail 2 large boxes. Not sure why there are bad reviews here. I was treated with respect, got helpful service with a smile from one of my Black kings ?? and was in and out in 10 minutes. They also have parking! I was there around 2:30pm. No line.

There were two helpful staffers and one staffer with a real salty attitude who threatened to call security on another customer who simply disagreed with her.
