I made an appointment to apply for my son passport at 10:45 am (07/08/2024) when I got there I figurate out the appointment was canceled because the person who suppose to take care of the passport service didn’t show up. No other solutions, the employee is not there and they don’t care . I tried to call the manager Mr Moe Aung no answer.( his not there).

I made two appointments (June 6 2024 and then July 1 2024) at this location to renew my daughters passport. After waiting weeks, each one was called 1/2 hour before the appointment due to a "medical emergency". Under pressure from me, they admitted that you just can't actually renew your passport there. They need to remove themselves from the system that allows you to book appointments, and until they do, they need to contact people further in advance of the appointment and they need to be more honest about the situation. I'm now concerned that we won't be able to get a new passport in time to travel and that is a very frustrating situation.

The staff here are the most helpful, friendly, and patient post office employees that I have interacted with in the Berkeley/Oakland area. They took time on a busy Saturday to help me track down a package that had, unfortunately, gotten returned to the sender before I was scheduled to pick it up (that part is really frustrating, of course, but I appreciate the effort that they put into remedying the situation). I'll definitely be returning here to mail out packages in the future.

Man, it's hard to get someone on the phone! If you go to the PO, it's not terrible, but if you want to speak to someone without going to the PO, it's awful. Are they understaffed?

Two times in a row that passport agent canceled my appointments less than one hour before the appointment. Do employees here think it’s easy to ask one hour off from work and come here and find out you have to postpone your appointment again for another week? At least have two people do passport stuff on this site. Very frustrating and annoying, people have urgent passport needs!

This location is just terrible. I don’t think it’s the employees’ fault -they used to have some really mean, rude people working there but the last few times it’s been nice folks who are just clearly understaffed.Lines are always long and slow moving. This morning they still weren’t open ten minutes after they were supposed to be (8:30am), with a long line in the lobby. You could hear the employees rustling around in the back but there wasn’t a word from them saying they’d be open in a minute or anything. I finally left bc I had an appointment and even if they finally opened they’d take forever to get through the line. I hate that this is the neighborhood post office.

This place is a joke for passports. The agent forgot to sign my application costing me 6 weeks. Now the appointment I had made to rectify the issue has been cancelled. I’m gonna have to pay 35$ again and go somewhere else where they are competent.

Horrible as hell went there about a hour ago for some pazole not only did the guy say I had no money on the card cuz it declined cuz I transferred the amount he said but he inputted a diff amount but the pazole taste like tomato juice no seasoning lemons dry af u giving international blvd a bad name! Never going back!
