I have come to this location for over 2 decades. I have always received friendly service from postal workers at this and most USPS locations for that matter. Dealing with the public can be challenging and I’m sure a postal worker at some point has had a rough day. So have I.

Needed to exchange a spoiled money order. The folks at 41st would not do it. Lazy! I took it here and the gentleman exchanged the money order with no questions. Great service here! Don't go to 41st! They should be fired for sitting on their bums.

Didn't work this time at all. Claimed to have no stamps, could locate cash drawer or something like that, and said I had to wait for co worker to pay for a small ground ship. He shows up,makes me wait again until he does 10 minutes of other stuff..all in all..low quality experience. Clerks were nice, but, the service was... read full comment
