This place currently has a 2.9 star for a reason. The representative said they charge $3.5 to print a label for a return. Of course, that's crazy. Discovered that they charge $3 to allow the customer to send the label to the store's email and 50¢ to print. Crazy. UPS must be truly broke, busted and disgusted to charge $3 for an email! 1 star. 1 star off for the lack of transparency from the representative and 3 stars off for the 3 dollars y'all charged for sending an email.

I brought in a misaddressed package to get it returned to the sender, and these klutzes insisted that I either pay to have it returned (!) or personally hand it back to the driver. They then redelivered it when I was out even though I had a note on my door telling them that the addressee no longer lived at my address! Just ridiculous

This store consistently doesn’t open on time. This is the third time I’ve shown up at 8 AM and the store wasn’t open. It’s currently 8:15 AM on 1/9/24 and it’s still not open and now I have to go to work.
