Had a prepaid label for UPS e-mailed to me. Store was going to charge me $10 to print out the label, more than the shipping was for. Absolutely ridiculous. “We are a full service store”…. No, you take advantage of people who aren’t home, and can’t go anywhere else.
Store isn’t related to the Marriott and not in the hotel.
Reply to owners reply. The Marriott sells a full size bag for $15, that bag costs $5 at the Walmart 2 blocks away, so 3 times as expensive. That is normal for lobby/restaurant prices.
You tried charging me $10 dollars for a prepaid label on your own company, normal price to print 1 sheet of paper is $0.10. That’s 100 times the price.
I understand doing business in a downtown area is expensive. I would have paid $2 without blinking an eye. I can afford to pay $10.00. It’s still outrageous for a prepaid label. I purchased from your company already.
And the Marriott printed the label out for me for free.

Avoid this store at all cost, they charge absolutely exorbitant prices for nothing. If you want to ship something, they claim they only offer next day shipping and want to charge you $170 instead of $30 for 2 day shipping. Then they said you could purchase a 2 day shipping label online, but then want to charge you $15 dollars for printing a pre-paid UPS label. Avoid this shady store!

I recently came here to return some things, and the attitude I got from the blonde woman working there was really uncomfortable. I did have a tedious amount of things to return, but she was impatient and irritable the entire interaction doing her best to point out everything i was doing wrong and not offering solutions, just being really unpleasant. I told her to have a nice day and she said absolutely nothing. Will never come back to this particular location.

Awful. But we already know this. Saving up to throw a huge "Going Out of Business Party" when UPS finally caves.

The lady was friendly enough and I realize UPS provides a necessary service. However, the amount that they charge for sending a papers to an email address over the Internet for $13 is a little steep.

I come here all the time to return Amazon packages. Erica is the best! She’s polite, informative, and makes the whole process easy. Always a pleasure to come to the store when Erica is there

This is my go-to UPS drop off packages. Despite the cozy room, service has always been fast for me. Although I've been here many times, I've been informed to keep my receipt in case it gets lost in delivery. It never happened with this location but I appreciate the consistent reminder. The staffs are really friendly and welcoming. They never fail to take notice of me entering the store and inform me that they'll be right with me. Whenever I have questions, they would give me a list of options before making a decision. During down time, it feels genuine when we strike a conversation. Definitely a neighborhood vibe.

Store is closed during business hours. At 11:36 It says “Will be back in 10 minutes”, but I waited for 20 minutes and they never come. How long have been they posted this before I arrived? 10, 20 minutes, or 1 hour or more??? No one knows. Respect your work

UPS makes customers unknowingly re-direct packages to a place that does not receive packages. Whoever customer sent urgent next-day shipping, the store should take responsibility for keeping it because this shipping is critical for a reason. Our time-critical, high-value business prints have gone missing and were signed by someone misrepresenting the receiver. Very, very ridiculous.
