I called last night and spoke with a woman regarding getting a live scan done. She said that I could walk in whenever. Unfortunately they don't have someone every time they're opened to do the live scan and everyone isn't knowledgeable about the day/time.

Super nice folks that work here. Convenient location by the lake/downtown and I always can find parking. Quick and efficient, no complaints.

The person working there was very kind to me. I had had a long day, and had a prepaid label and walked in just as they were closing -- and they let me complete my package dropoff anyway. Thanks nice person, you made my day, and I hope someone made your day later.

I have to give this pace 5 stars hands down. I got there right at opening time and Aricela (I hope I have her written correctly) was rock solid and made a very challenging and complex situation with the paperwork re: an out of state home purchase (printed, signed and returned -- all much more involved than it may sound) a really fun and safe experience. I can't recommend them enough and I felt like a made a friend.

Poor service. Went there to get a couple of passport photos. What a joke. First kid didn't have a clue what he was doing, then the owner took the photo. Turned it in to get my International Drivers License and it was too dark. Waste of time and my money. Don't trust their service.

beware will steal your amazon package! i never make yelp reviews but today i feel like saving someone from the headache im dealing with. i dropped off my package on thursday and called friday to see why my package hasnt been picked up on the expected pick date which was the same day. the associate told me that the amazon packages dont get picked up until the amazon pick box is full, and that my package will be picked up soon. monday rolls around and still my package only says shipping label created. i call and ask whats going on and if i need to pick up my package. another associate tells me that it can take up to 3 weeks to pick up my package. once he said that i opted to pick up my package and take it else where. he puts the phone down and a lady picks up the phone. does not tell me her name does not ask me whats going on but tells me shes worked there for 11yrs and all packages get picked same day. and that they will not be looking for my package , the store is not responsible and i need to contact ups. i contacted ups and they are now under investigation. i caution you to go else

I'm leaving a review here to thank Lorenzo. I've been at this location twice and Lorenzo has been nice, attentive, thorough, and super patient. He's has been that sparkle of niceness and hope we need in the middle of the chaos we are living in. : ). @Lorenzo: Keep it up! @UPS: hire more Lorenzo's and make him manager of stuff so he can teach others how's done.

AND here we go again!!! Another incorrect delivery attempt AND this time the driver decided without my consent to transfer my package to a "location for pick up." This is what it has come to? You do not even know whether a person has the means to and/or is physically able to travel to a pickup location and you just decide for them without any communication whatsoever???? The vendor paid for the service to send the package to my HOME not to a drop off location where I then have to travel to to pickup. You now want me to complete your job because apparently you cannot properly do your job and deliver packages to the ONE AND ONLY BUILDING on my street...that's right there is no other address/building on my street but mine. AND apparently we only get to have the one driver that is perfectly reliable, yes there is ONLY ONE UPS driver that delivers my packages as expected...ONE!This after I just last week spent 3+ hours on the phone trying to make sure this doesn't happen again. UPS is going to have to start paying me as a trouble shooting contractor at this point!!! Uggggggggghhhh!!!!!

Great customer service with a smile. We have come here to mail boxes and also take passport pictures and return Amazon packages!Always consistent service and friendly smiles. They really are efficient and make you feel like they love their job! All Covid protocols are being followed . Street parking and can be limited but I highly recommend this UPS store for all your admin needs !

Well, UPS does it again!I ordered something from Wisconsin to arrive in a small box, 2lb. weight.The company gave me a shipping order number to track through UPS, which I did. It was to leave on Jan 14 and arrive Jan. 20. All's good except when Jan 20 rolls around I track the box to see that it had been delivered with a confirmation message, "at front door". The exact time was given.I was home and no package was delivered or anywhere in sight. I did a thorough check beyond the front door. Nothing.It told me in the message I could report a problem so I went through the whole sequence of automated responses only to find I need to set up an account, which I reluctantly did, and put in the tracking number.I got a message saying that they couldn't do anything because they handed it off to "a local UPS branch". "Contact the sender".REALLY??!!So, I contact the sender and let them know, and lo and behold the next day I hear a box thrown against my front door, obviously from a distance. I opened the door to find the box there!What inefficiency, and WHY would they CONFIRM on the tracking that it was delivered at a specific time on a different day?Simply unbelievable and waste of time and aggrevation.
