Very nice person I had spoken to placing my order, she was very helpful and patient with me ,she also called me to reconfirm our date for the delivery before time . The 2 standing arrangements were so beautiful and well put together. I neededto send a floral arrangement as a congratulatory gesture. The recipient was in Oakland, so I went online to find a local florist where I could actually see what would be sent. I'm not a fan of the Teleflora generic arrangements. I found this florist and gave them a call to confirm that they had what was in the picture. we discussed the optimum delivery date and I placed my order through their website. The arrangement was lovely, delivered on time, and appreciated by the recipient. They are very helpful and I would definitely use them again when sending a floral arrangement to Oakland.

I was looking for a florist for my uncles funeral. First time having to look into something like this. Looked at a few places and I was recommended to try Tony Rossi. This place has been in my neighbourhood since I was a little girl. Everyone was really nice and walked us through the process and what we can select from and so on. I ended up needing to change the delivery time last minute and it was no problem. The flower arrangements were beautiful! Also best price I could find. There was a rosary made out of flowers. It was one of the most beautiful flower arrangements O have ever seen. The Funeral home ended up asking me for their information as well. I called to thank them and they were so appreciative. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for years. I just remember as a little girl walking pass this florist all the time staring at the alluring flowers. Due to my late grandmother working nearby at Fruitvale Care Nursing Home I was able to explore this place. Til this day I have ordered countless flowers and delivery services for various family members and it is never a dull moment nor a disappointment. I also used Tony Rossi for my mother and cousin’s funeral. Carmen and her staff is wonderful. Carmen is so sweet and detailed in her work. Unfortunately I live far away now but I still use them due to having some relatives in Oakland. You will be pleased if you go to this florist. Hands down ?? Thank you Tony Rossi staff for all you do. You truly make a great difference.

Called in the morning for a specific delivery time that day. They exceeded expectations. Person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Was told flowers delivered were beautiful. Would recommend them and I would use them again!!

Called to inquire about flowers for a memorial. The owners informed my cousin and I to look on the website so we did! After we found the funeral spray we were interested in she proceeded to tell us to hold on, as we were holding for approximately 6/7 mins the spray we were interested in disappeared from the web page! She came back to the phone to inform us that they did not have the flower arrangement even though we were actively looking at it and had screen shot the picture! I honestly believe she wanted us to purchase a more expensive arrangement so she removed the one we were interested in while putting us on hold! She was very disturbed that we had the picture screenshot, and she did allow us to send it to her to proceed however when she asked for my cousin credir card information and my cousin asked her what was our total price for the sprays she told us she couldn’t do business with us ? like lady we have a right to no how much you are charging us before giving you our info! Also lees discount flowers have the exact set up on their website so we were trying to decide if they were affiliated, and she was just angry and rude! I would no recommend anyone to Carmen because that’s not how you treat people especially when they are dealing with a death….
