The staff at TKB are always ready and willing to help a newcomer with recipes and ideas for creating quality cosmetics, skin treatment and nail products! The mentors at TKB are always willing to help or answer any questions their customers may have. Pricing is fair and the quality of products sent by TKB only pales in comparison to the outstanding customer service give by Kaila and her team!

I've been an online customer of TKB Trading since 2015. They supply my indie cosmetics business with pigments, glitters, and packaging.
I love how well their site is laid out, with plenty of pictures and safety information for everything they sell. They include specific details that help me choose safe and responsible ingredients, such as size, ingredients, legality by region, longevity in different bases, pictures in different products, and ethics statements for naturally sourced ingredients. Most of their ingredients are cosmetics safe and vegan. All these details plus the ease of browsing the site and checking out make TKB's website stand out in a sea of suppliers.
Another thing I like about TKB is the customer service. There have been a few times over the years that I've encountered an issue, whether it was an out-of-stock essential or a shipping problem. Whenever I reached out to the team, my issue was always resolved above and beyond my satisfaction. For example, one time something I order in bulk broke in transit, and now I have a note on my account to wrap them in an extra layer of protection every time, just for peace of mind.
Times have been tough during the last few years with the plague and subsequent supply line issues, but TKB has always communicated their situation and tried their best to keep our little shops running. There's plenty of competition out there, but I recognize a gem when I see one, and I'm a loyal TKB customer.

I have been ordering from TKB for over 10 years and I adore this company. The customer service has always been excellent, the owner Kaila is a lovely person that is super helpful and has answered lots of questions for me over the years. They have an extensive selection and the pricing is always reasonable. Can't say enough good things.

They sent me damaged, opened products. After I sent several pictures. They then offered me an $8.00 credit to keep their opened product. Which could have very well been contaminated. I posted their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for a faithful customer. They then posted a garbage statement "We hope that we have restored your confidence in us by issuing you a full refund." HELLO!!!! YOU HAD TO ISSUE ME A FULL REFUND! I SENT YOU YOUR DAMAGED PRODUCT BACK ALONG WITH YOUR SAMPLES! YOU DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RESTORE ANY CONFIDENCE IN YOUR COMPANY! You have an address that leads to nothing! You have a phone number that only goes to voice-mail! You make a product unavailable, only to re-emerge with a HIGHER PRICE! You continuously raise your prices! In short! No! You have not restored anything! YOU DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE!

OK so we have not even got our package yet but I cannot wait to leave this review because I am so impressed! We started our business just a few months ago, it’s still a baby and we have had so many issues with so many different types of suppliers and it has not been an easy road. When we ordered from this amazing company, after they shipped the package it was damaged by UPS and UPS sent the package back, soon as I found out I made sure to inform TKB that due to damage my package was being returned to them and they did not hesitate to put together a new package and get it sent right out! Most companies will not do this, most will wait for the package to be returned before even attempting to send out the new package, bravo TKB! This morning I wake up to a message from UPS stating that due to a railroad situation, my package has been delayed, but the only reason UPS reached out to me is because TKB Trading made sure the communication was going on, it even says so on my UPS notification! While we still have no idea if we’re going to be satisfied with the products or not, which I’m confident we will be, we are beyond impressed with this amazing customer service and a lot of other stores/suppliers need to learn from this company! it’s amazing how many companies have treated us like we are the bottom of the barrel because we’re not spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on our first order. You absolutely earned our respect! As a business owner It is up to me to make sure we always have what we need when we need it and boy that has been a chore, but with this company I feel at ease and no stress dealing with the situation, and that means a lot to us! Customer service is just as important as the products you sell! If we’re satisfied with the products you guys have a customer for life! We will sell no other lip glosses!

TKB I truly love you guys but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for the love of everything holy STOP USING FEDEX ??? You guys ship promptly and your packages are obviously packed with care, but FedEx is losing companies like yours business because they can’t get our packages to us on time, if at all.
