I recently visited the UPS Store for shipping and scanning services, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Avril and Jason were the staff members who assisted me, and they were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Despite the store being quite busy, Avril efficiently completed my large order without compromising on quality. I requested a large number of pages to be scanned and sent to my email, and it was done so quickly and accurately.
The shipping process was smooth and hassle-free. Avril and Jason handled everything with ease and a smile. The store was well-organized, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.
If you need professional scanning or shipping services, I highly recommend this UPS Store. Avril and Jason's excellent service and efficiency make them a standout choice!

Though I can get free notary service through my bank, I come to the UPS Store at Lincoln Plaza because it's much more convenient and the service is good, even if it's busy. I've been here at least 6 times for notary service, and without exception the notary was professional, knowledgable, and efficient. And afterwards I can grab a coffee at Peet's or go shopping at Safeway.
