I was very shocked and surprised to have the woman doing my nails cut me twice on the same hand! I didn't even let her get to the second hand. I was there with my child and waited for their manicurist to finish and went with her instead of walking out of the place which I was tempted to do. All in all it was upsetting and I felt violence was done to me, Instead of enjoying a calm relaxing pleasant experience I came in for. Now, reading the reviews I see some other people have had a bad experience too. Clearly one of the women who works there is angry, very much in a hurry, and she's pushing that bad energy into your manicure. Since I don't know her name, I would just say, steer clear of this place entirely.

I needed a pedicure immediately! This place accepted me as a walk-in. So I got a gel mani and regular pedi. I love when things work out, like it's meant to be! They have wonderful massage chairs that work! The pedicure nail tech didn't hurt me in any way!! She was so gentle and let me soak thoroughly before beginning! Love that it wasn't like a get in n get out type of place! They even were seeing children, which was so nice as a Mom to see! Lots of lower grade places won't see a child! My mani and pedi are still in great shape! My only annoyance was No music...but I had my headphones! Clean place all around!

Super sweet but the fast food of nail care. Looks like I did it myself and nail polish is on nails and skin. I was glad to get quick service but not worth $45 plus tip.

I can't say anything about consistency having been here once, but I can say that the lady who did my regular mani did a really good job. She was detail oriented and clean. No pain. The hand massage was nice too.I'm not the type to talk a lot at the salon, so I appreciated that she didn't push questions and just let me be in zen mode.
