I very reasonable cost, communications with the driver were superb, pick up was great, and I have the comfort of knowing the mattress and box springs will be recycled and not end up in a landfill!

Amazing customer service! As someone who cares deeply about the environment, I was in search of an alternative to ensure our old mattresses didn't end up in landfill. I called up the mattress guy and was talked through the process of how they recycle used mattresses. So patient and kind with all of my questions! I highly recommend this business, left our used mattresses curbside and they were picked up with no issue! Thank you for providing this wonderful service.

Super responsive and was able to pick my mattress up on quick notice (not that I'd encourage doing so - I just had an extenuating circumstance). Great communication via text and followed up with confirmation that the mattress was picked up. Absolutely recommend. Thank you so much!

I wasn’t sure what to think of this but they were cheaper than the weekly garbage service, have all online scheduling and communication, and recycle the mattresses responsibly. We just used them for 5 mattress/box springs and will definitely use again the next time there is a need

As of April 2023 they no longer allow you to drop off a used matress at their facility. Now they want you to pay them $65 for picking it up. Seems they are more about making a profit that recycling these days. $$$

I looked all over the Bay Area to dispose of a mattress by recycling it. The Mattress Guy picks up (at a reasonable fee) and then takes it where it can be recycled. Thank you for this service and for thinking of our planet.
