I went in as a first time customer with a 7pm appointment for a lash lift. I'm assuming that was the last appointment as staff was cleaning & mopping while I was getting serviced which isn't what I would consider a "quality experience". My tech Tabitha seemed nice but wasn't comfortable with doing my lash from the beginning. She commented that I have thick eyelashes and that she wasn't sure if the lift would work but proceeded to provide the service. After the service my lashes which are naturally long & thick did not look lifted. They actually looked much shorter as she kind of bent/curled them deeply so they now appear half their length. I went home and asked my children how my lashes looked and they both said they looked the same but shorter. My experience wasn't horrible but the environment, and service did not meet my expectations.
I’m typically not one to leave negative reviews but I replied to their text prompt about my experience over two days ago and no one has responded or reached out.
10/10 would NOT recommend.

New to Oakland and so happy I found this place. Kyra took her time, made sure I was okay throughout the entire process and my lashes came out so nice. Did I mention I was able to come in the same day? This will be my new lash home!!

Bimala always does a wonderful job on my lashes and every time I get them done by her I always leave super happy and grateful. She takes her time and always make them last and it's always a happy and great experience!

Not what I was expecting, my eyelashes look worse. They are all bunched up and go in different directions. Even my bottom lashes were not separated and now they go up towards my top lashes. I thought a lift and tint would allow me to not wear makeup and make my daily routine easier. The tint showed no color and I did receive an eyebrow tint as well. I sat up to look and all the dye was left on my eyebrows. Nothing was wiped off. I asked the technician if she wiped the dye off and she said yes even tho I never felt her wipe off the excess.
It now takes me over 30 minutes to separate my lashes and make them look somewhat decent when applying mascara. The whole reason I got this done was to not have ti wear mascara anymore. I’m so embarrassed by how my lashes look. I have decent lashes but now they look so messy. I am terrified I have ruined/damaged my lashes. I am not sure if this was due to the technician or not. I have watched plenty of videos of other girls and how their lash lift looks and mine looks nothing like It. Mine are bent at a 90 degree angle and bunched up. It’s very upsetting because I thought this would be a great experience. I would not recommend this place. I am not researching to see how I can fix/relax my lashes back to its normal state! Do not make the same mistake as me.

First time to book with them. I’m so satisfied with the service. This is what I like with my lashes. I look natural. I like Ellie. She’s really nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the lash lounge. ❤️

I LOVE my therapist Christina M! She is a perfectionist! And Truly Talented. I usually go with Classic level 1 or Hybrid for a fuller look. Absolutely obsessed with her work!
