I went in for the first on the 50% sale and the experience I received was amazing everyone was so nice and very explanatory about the devices. I bought a 2019 mac book pro for an extremely low price and the condition it’s in. It was definitely a steal.

Came in for the Latino Heritage Month Deal and I was greeted with friendly staff. I am one who doesn’t know much about computers but the staff explained and helped me pick one that will fit best for me! Great place!

On 7/22/23, it was my first visit to Tech Exchange. In partnership with Richmond Promise, I was their student, and I had issues with my laptop. You come inside, check in and then provide your device to them. Mine had a fan malfunction, so it was getting out of hand. They took it in less than 3 minutes. Yes, in less than 3 minutes, they gave me a replacement. Very fast service, the workers there were so friendly and will do anything for you! I’m proud to be a Richmond Promise student! Will come again!

My son dropped a beverage on our only laptop and I was so bummed! A neighbor told me about this organization and they were so nice over the phone. KAmish and Taki fixed it with such grace. They were so respectful. Im extremely grateful for their help! God bless this organization.

Cheers;I live right up the street from this organization. They're great for our community. Keep up the "easy" work y'all! From one resident to another, OTX is awesome for us because students are able to connect and it saves the planet as a whole.??????️?⌨️?️?️??This program is a flawless example or how everyone should operate!See ya soon at the next event....!

Never will we use these again. Amazing how you can't even contact them. No refund for over 10 days from them . Abs no Apple Watch was ever delivered by them on the 9th of December . And to this day we have no refund. I will never use Amazon or tech exchange again
