I wish I could remember the girls name that helped us and she rented our storage unit to us she was very professional and knowledgeable and handled everything with efficiency. After a long move that was very stressful for me and my family it was nice that the end process was so easy. Everyone at this location from the guys outside to the general manager was very helpful thank you”

“I didn't know it was possible for U-Haul trucks to be clean and in good shape. Usually when I go to a neighborhood dealer it's a hot mess. This site looks like just a big field but the owner runs a professional service, all the trucks are pristine, and everything went super smoothly.”

“Mostly writing this for anyone confused by all the reviews from a while back saying they didn’t rent U-Hauls anymore. Can confirm as of May 2024 they do indeed still rent U-Hauls. Not the best up-kept van I’ve ever rented and I’d recommend budgeting some extra time at the front end because there were some technical issues with my check in, but overall this was a totally typical Oakland neighborhood U-Haul affiliate. Def better than the one on W MacArthur. If you want a nice fancy clean van with sliding side door and Bluetooth audio you probably have to rent from one of the actual U-Haul stores.”
“This spot is more of a no frills type of car rental but that's what I prefer. You might miss the turn in off mission of you're driving too fast, but I'd definitely recommend this place! I especially like how they don't try n pressure you into buying a bunch of unnecessary extras like most other large chains. Pricing is great. Picking up my rentals are always quick and easy, same with returns. Plus, I've never had to compete with lines/crowds like at enterprise.”
“Overall, the customer service was great. However, what will not make me rent here ever again is the inability to drop off the U-Haul vehicle after hours. Even other smaller 3rd party locations have allowed me to do after hours drop off. I found it very inconvenient and had to pay for overnight parking elsewhere because this location doesn’t provide after hours return. Also, please make more hand trucks available for rent. Makes no sense that you run out of the most basic tools required for moving.”
“The staff was friendly and helpful when I dropped off. They answered all my questions and were communicating well with me prior to drop off. However after leaving I received a receipt charging me of not filling the tank back up. That was frustrating because I had just left the gas station and had my gas receipt. I called and made a complaint and no one contacted me so I was really upset, however I later received a new receipt in my email fixing the issue so at least they made right on the issue. Overall positive customer service experience.”

“Family owned, small market, I stop by to get quick items if I don’t want to go to a big grocery store but is not cheap, they have meat, dairy, and produce, and they rent u haul trucks, I think they also do western or something, not sure, is not in the best area so don’t drive all the way over here to get something small but if you live in the area check it out”
