Toni and Anthony worked tirelessly on a rainy day (always rains on moving day, right?) To fill our pod to the brim with way too much stuff we had.
They were exceptionally friendly, good natured about the whole experience, even with double the estimated time to do the job. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year guys!!!

Tony & Anthony (movers) started off strong but got sloppy and slowed down. One of my cherrywood tables was destroyed because of the way they placed it in the POD. I used PODs before and all my furniture and boxes arrived in good shape. That was not the case this time around.They were doing a good job initially but just didn't think it through as they filled the POD and I paid the price for not having a 2nd person watching them while I was busy. They also ran out of moving wrap (which they say they provide) and it became my problem since several of my lamp shades got dirty and dented from the move not to mention a few dented boxes.Unfortunately, at the end I was very disappointed with the low level of care and how the senior mover started taking calls and left the one mover working alone for a while. They had the nerve to charge me for 3 hours when it was barley 3 hours! If they had continued the way they started the job could have been completed in 2 or 2.5 hours at best!

Shady business. I would have given a 0 star rating. Tony is eager to obtain the business but when property was destroyed failed completely. My lamp broken. Stripped and bent my dresser knobs on my dresser. Tony kept stringing me along like he was going to take care of the situation. In the end I only wanted $50. I moved in August and still waiting for a measly $50 that was promised. He kept saying Carlos was going to call me blah blah blah And guess who had to do all the follow up??!!! ME. I have NO clue how this guy received 4 stars. Probably had friends or family write reviews. I received No invoice and no refund. I had a 1 bedroom move that cost $740. I'd advise anyone to think twice. I just wish someone would have alerted and warned me. I was going to give this small business another chance by giving him 72 hours to make the Venmo deposit. Screw it this review will cost his business way more. The audacity of this guy is completely ridiculous. Zero accountability. I was very patient and kind until now. Use another moving company.

On the first day, Tony had attitude and did partial moving and complained about how we didn't tell him that we would have to go through boxes before loading them, even though T & C charges by the hour, they want to dictate what you can and cannot do. By the way, he showed up with a smaller Uhaul truck - that was red flag. You are charging by the hour, if you stand there, you still will charge the customer right? Talk about socialism in California . I repeat they want to dictate what you can and cannot do and you have to do as they say, you will still be charged, according to T & C, you have no rights. Anyway, they just didn’t show up on the 2nd day at the agreed upon time. Wanted to come hours after our scheduled agreed upon time. Kept our $100 deposit after agreeing to give $50 back. Hire Ontrack Moving out of Hayward, save yourself the trouble and the hassle. You have been warned! Hire at your Own Risk!!!!!!

They just didn’t show up. We have everything packed and ready for the move . They are scheduled to come between 9 am to 10 am. No email information about the cancellation or call. When we enquired they just Simply said it was canceled. We ended up paying high prices at last moment , paid extra rent horribly extra work we kept on . Wouldn’t recommend to go with these movers it’s a risk and no guarantee***what ever reply came from TC owner that is so false , TC movers they did confirm our appointment we called them and checked after we placed the order through other company*****

The original crew was a no show and Tony and son from TC Family Movers showed up on short notice. I've run highly trained professional crews in critical time sensitive industries and the attitude, application, intensity and pride in doing the job right would have fit in with any of my hand picked crews of stars. I can't say enough about the relief I felt after the first 10 minutes of these guys showing up and kicking it into gear...

Awesome dudes! Hire them. We moved to Texas from Martinez and they were responsive and efficient. A couple of things that a professional would not have stacked on top of broke, so that's why they don't get 5 stars, but I would absolutely hire them again!

We scheduled a small local move over a week in advance. We received a confirmation shortly after. On the day of our move, the movers said they were running behind and wouldn't be able to make it in the time we needed, so we rescheduled for early the next morning. Next morning, no one shows up to help us move. No one answered the phone or responded to text. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Do not recommend their services.

Tony and his crew are amazing! I highly recommend them. They moved us from Cupertino to Goleta in one day. They were all very nice, efficient, and hard working.

I’ve used TC Family Movers 3 times and each time I feel like they moved me efficiently and with a lot of positive attitude...which during a stressful situation is super great. They’re very receptive to my needs and pointing out delicate pieces. They’re pricing is also really transparent and there aren’t any hidden costs. Highly recommend.

Do not use I'm currently in the process of taking them to court, they quote you one price then attempt to get more money out of you the day of the move or they refuse to do the work. They mishandle and brake your things my 70inch tv was broken and I complained about the way they were handling the items however the owner of the company didn't seem to care. I used priorly and they were awesome about two years ago however they are horrible now. Save yourself the scamming and the cash and hire a different company because these guys are horrible. Especially the owner!
