BUYER BEWARE . I hired this company, think his name is Larry, to do my taxes but after several months I still haven't gotten my taxes back correctly. One year, he put my husband and I owned 150% of one of our companies. How did he get 150%. I reached out to him several times to correct and still no response. We had a few unsettling disagreements on my taxes. He texted me several times arguing with me and blatenly disrespecting and harrasing me on how he gave me a discount so he was doing me a favor. A favor for what. I had to hire a new tax professional to correct the taxes that he has done for me. He also emailed me 3 years worth of taxes. Any other tax professional had them printed and sent to my house, ready to sign and mail to IRS, He told me he mailed them after I complained but it took 3 weeks to get here and after that, It was still done wrong. What to do. I am 56 years old and never have I experienced a tax supposed to be professional so very unprofessional. A nightmare indeed.

Where's my taxes? I would like to give more stars considering that I've been coming here for years this is the first time that I've ran into this situation so I am not inclined to give more stars because I am not feeling the professionalism I've been calling for weeks I understand you guys went on vacation but before and after you guys have been off of vacation I haven't heard anything from you guys I was told you guys were going to call me right back no one's called me back it's been over a week and a half now since I spoke to someone after your vacation as of now my taxes has been here over a month and I haven't heard any status I know taxes take a little time but to not even answer your phone or even be in your office is totally ridiculous to me

They have been doing my taxes for over 20 years. I have never had any issues, the service is great and they do great work. I have referred over 40 people over the years and they are still clients.

I had a really good experience. I got way more then I expected and I received my funds in a week. The lady that helped me had lots of personality and very professional. She was upfront and she works with you to get all that you deserve.
