Today Linda help me. SHE WAS VERY PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE WAS NICE TO GO OVER AND BEYOND TO EXPAINE THINGS TO ME MORE THAN ONCE THAT I DID NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE. SHE WELCOMED ME WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN THE STORE AND RIGHT AWAY MADE ME FEEL WELCOME. THIS WAS OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE BEING HERE AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

I had the best experience at this T-Mobile. From the time I entered into the store to the time I left the staff was attentive,respectful and courteous. I had the pleasure to be served by Alex who took his time to explain my options to me in order for me to make the best decision. I am very pleased.

I was told to go into a T-Mobile to return my equipment after talking to customer service. T-Mobile would not accept it and said I had to take it to a UPS or USPS.
