Never going back to this store. I was going to purchase a new phone. The lady that first helped me was in sort of a bad mood. She gave me some instructions to be able to buy a phone. I left the store, did the indicated by the lady and came back after 15 min. Same lady helped me and she gave me wrong information and she was rude to me. Usually when you don’t know an answer you consult with you coworkers, she did not. After spending an hour back and fourth I wasn’t able to buy a phone.

Today, I found out that my battery on the One Plus 9 5G was swelling. The phone is a little over a year old that was bought through T-mobile. I contacted T-Mobile chat about the problem and I was told to get it inspected at my local T-mobile store to find the root cause or to make sure if its related to any physical damage if any. T-Mobile rep was asking if the phone was dropped or liquid damaged , which non apply as it was pristine and condition is 10/10 as it sits in the case from day one, and also it never left the house as it was used as an emergency phone line. I was still connected to chat and upon arriving and showing the associate the phone, she automatically claim that it was physical damaged, or was not sure and took it to her manager to look at. It was no more than maybe 10 seconds, and the manager did not fully inspect the phone, and they both concluded it was physical damaged. I told T-Mobile chat of what they told me, and he didn't agree with the associate that it was physical damage. I even show the associate the conversation that he didn't agree with her inspection. I told them that it's not physical damage, and its the battery that is swelling " from the inside" and pushing the back housing out. You can even still see the adhesive hanging on to the back glass from the battery swell. I was wondering if they are blind or do they not care that situation like this is very hazardous. The associate that was helping me was clueless and not knowledgeable. The manager never came out to help resolve the situation, just hiding behind his desk in the back room. They cannot distinguish between what is defect and what is physical damaged. She even said she wasn't a technician herself, but yet she concluded the condition of the phone as physical damaged. Anyone with a brain can see that a battery swelling is not a " Physical Damage " as that is an internal issue. If i was a non techy person, i probably would have believed them. They got the wrong person today. I gave her a mouth full. They even asked me to leave. Instead of trying to resolve an issue, they would put the blame on you. I know for sure if it's not anything related to sales, the experience will be unpleasant. I have reported this store with T-Mobile for their worst customer.

IT A BUSY DRIVING AREA, as well as people with small store hangouts. They're very curtious, knowledgeable, friendly, and open except for coupons and break toward your ITT fee's. It also depends on the T-Mobile phone and location of services.Climate is like a miniature amusement park.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. I called for a product replacement I purchased that has warranty coverage. It's been sold out at the last two T-Mobile locations I've gone to so I decided to call this one. Let's just say, customer service should be oriented around what you CAN do for a customer.

Oscar and the rest of the team at TMobile delivered one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in a retail setting. The Park St Alameda location failed epicly and pretty miserably, and Oscar was able to remind me that great service comes from a well trained, happy, and genuine team. Will come back here for all my family's cellular needs - please recognize the team there for the great job they're doing!

I've been a customer here for about five years and the service is always top-notch. Today I went in for a new phone and was really impressed by the staff. The crew was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The shop was tidy, organized, and well-lit.

Just joined T-moblie from Verizon. I was extremely satified with the level of service from the staff. They were knowledgeable about plan options and even helped me to decide which was best for me considering my location. I rarely leave reviews but the individual who helped me was so pleasant and friendly! I didn't catch their name but they had long braids and a can do attitude.

Came in with a complicated situation regarding starting up phone service for an immuno-compromised friend who could not come in person to the store. Staff answered all my questions and went further to look up extra helpful information. Really appreciated.
