Really rude service, simple question that is very common and asked nicely. Received very rude attitude instead and was hung up on. Glad I called ahead, never going to this store.

A one star is so generous to this rude, ignorant establishment. I would hope T-Mobile would hold their stores accountable for such rude behavior. The store representative hung up in the middle of me talking. They offer no help at all, if you think of asking them for help don't bother. These owners or workers are so out of touch with people and I don't believe they want to do good business at all, I'm actually baffled the overall rating is as good as it is.

Yesterday I was in Oakland Chinatown for a cultural event. Chinese New Year Eve and Chinatown is crowded with people and their families. Walking around I noticed a T-Mobile store on Ninth Street, cross street is Franklin. How convenient to notice the business. I have dropped my cell phone twice. The screen protector is cracked in two places. I need a new screen protector. The gentleman assisting me was nice to take care of the issue. Since I have a warranty on my cell phone, I was able to get the screen protector for free. The screen saver was for a Samsung S22. My Samsung is an S20. Unfortunately, he did not have one for an S20. He recommended I call T-Mobile to find out which store has the S20 screen protector in stock. I will find out from corporate store in Emeryville. Finally, I am glad that I stopped in for assistance. Service was quick and convenient.

Came in to see if an iPhone 11 was in stock, and while there wasn't one available, Chloe was wonderful in helping us consider alternate options for obtaining the phone (ordering off the website turned out to be cheaper and more convenient)! Customer service was very friendly and helpful!

Tim is the best!!! Very helpful. We needed to change service from Sprint to T-Mobile and he helped us get everything done AND he made our morning monthly bill cheaper. Thank You, Tim!

Terrible service. Usually it has been my experience that phone stores want to help solve your phone needs but this has been the opposite. The customer service agent was more worried about getting me out of the store and referring me to the customer service number and other locations. If you want a positive customer service experience do not come here.
