Very helpful and nice folks. They helped us quickly pack a lot of small leftovers and moved all the boxes quickly. They were careful with everything and we found no scratches on stuff afterwards.

MOVER RECOMMENDATION: Based on ND neighbors’ responses to my post and after getting several mover quotes for my OAK to SF move, I chose Sweet Lemon Moving Services. SW was not the cheapest quote but the owner/operator was great to work with on the phone and via email and assured me that his workers were paid a living wage (quoted the wage), along with benefits and good working conditions. I was super happy with the results.Big shout out to Sweet Lemon Movers for a very positive and stress reducing move experience. (which is that much more appreciated, given the stress inducing situation moving creates)I want to HIGHLY compliment the team on how timely, efficient, respectful, careful and expedient they were in getting the job done. Moving from one city condo building to the next, there were the challenges of parking, keeping doors secure, lobbies, neighbors, elevators, long hallways and stairs to navigate.Chris, Leo, William and Angel were a great team to work with.They followed my specific instructions relating to security of the truck and the buildings, condo HOA rules etc. It all went very smoothly. Nothing went wrong!If anything, they were so fast, that I could barely keep up with telling them where to put the boxes!

I will literally never post a review but I was skeptical of this being a 5 star moving company. This was the BEST move experience I have ever had! When other reviews say no hidden costs they absolutely mean it! The last moving company I went with asked me for a higher tip after I gave them one. Here, Sweet Lemon was about to leave once I paid them and I had to ask them to stay for a few minutes so I could get them a tip! Francisco and his team were extremely kind and hard working! They respected our property, and regardless of carrying heavy objects, they took their shoes off every time they entered our home and smiled saying “no problem” to our every request! Because of my past bad experiences, I packed myself and just had them move boxes and heavy items. Next time, I will definitely use the same service and be requesting a full pack and unpack because I trust this crew so much!

Sweet Lemon honestly made my life so easy. They charged me for two guys but sent a third one. They were quick and efficient. They asked my opinion before they touched anything. When we were at the final location, they simply asked where I would like certain items and they adhered to all my requests. Great group ! Thank you so much.

We can't say enough great things about Sweet Lemon Moving. Sweet Lemon just moved my daughter from SF to LA and it went so smoothly. Every part of the moving experience was great - they communicated well, they arrived when they said they would, they packed up her furniture, etc. very efficiently, they met my daughter the next day for move-in and unpacking when they said they would, and they charged her for the price they quoted (which was very reasonable). It was such a nice moving experience. If you need a mover, you should definitely use Sweet Lemon Moving Services!!

I was called two days ahead of time to let me know they might have to expand the pick up window, but they still arrived right on time, exactly when they said they’d be there. They were extremely efficient, had great communication through the entire process, and even offered to help with little things like helping me unroll the rugs after delivery. Pricing was exactly what they said it would be, no surprises. Very pleased with their service and would absolutely use Sweet Lemon again.

I cannot say enough good things about Sweet Lemon Moving. My husband and I completed a move from SF to LA with some storage needed in between the move. We had to push back our move date multiple times due to delays with our home renovation and Sweet Lemon's team was so flexible and helpful amidst those changes. On moving day, everything was stress-free and efficient! They make sure to have one of your movers who stays consistent on either end of your move so they're familiar with your items and any set up necessary. And they were so kind and professional-- making sure to lay down blankets wherever they were walking or placing furniture that needed to be assembled. I'd highly recommend Sweet Lemon to anyone! Thanks for such a great move and such great service!

Wow what great service! I can't say enough great things about Sweet Lemon Moving. The company just moved my daughter from SF to LA and it went so smoothly. They arrived when they said they would, they packed up her furniture, etc. efficiently and with protection, they met my daughter the next day for move-in and unpacking when they said they would, and they charged her for the quoted price. They answered our texts very promptly (even on Sunday when the office was closed). It was such a nice moving experience. If you need a mover, you should definitely use Sweet Lemon.

Moved from Oakland to SF - team was on time, no out of context fees or charges. 3 man team were all very easy to work with and very helpful. Very considerate of all my belongings which was comforting. Overall, i would highly recommend and would definitely use again. thanks!

I used SLM services twice. And would recommend and would use again for the third time! They moved me from Emeryville to Alameda (2019). Then 4 years later they moved me from Alameda to Irvine, CA (2023). Everyone I talked to on the phone was super helpful. Appreciate the no surprise bill and transparent pricing. They provided an arrival window and their crew always arrived during that arrival window/sometimes early. They kept me in the loop with arrival times for my move to SoCal. The crew was hard working and efficient. Everyone was moving items and working the entire time. No slackers here. Also no damage or loss to my items. Thank you. The team sent out was extremely efficient. Excellent communication with me on which items to take and leave. When unpacking they were very careful and efficient. No broke or damaged items. Also there was never any hidden or extra fees! In the past with other companies it seems they aren’t very up front. Sweet Lemon has very simple upfront charges with no hidden surprise fees. Everything went exactly as expected and how they described. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a fair and reliable moving company

The team showed up friendly and energetic. They assessed the situation, put together a great strategy and were highly efficient in executing that moving strategy. As the move progressed they were very flexible and accommodating with all our requests. They also came in under budget because of their efficiency. I highly recommend this team & Sweet Lemon as a company!
