Jose and supreme mma is my family. If you want to have great training and a great family oriented gym this is the place to train. Jose is a great teacher and a humble man. I was a hot headed and bitter young man before I trained at the gym but Jose brought me in and showed me love. God bless supreme mma for they are my family.

I came here a few weeks ago with my brother and had an excellent experience. I had never done a muy thai kick boxing class before and loved it. Gus was great at giving direction and is so kind and patient but he'll push you too so be prepared. If you're looking for a hard but fun workout you should definitely try it. You won't be sorry.

I cannot say enough about Joe! I've had personalized logo, t-shirts and mugs made. I've had business cards designed and printed. Not only is Joe extremely accommodating and welcoming he is also professional and delivers quality with every product he delivers. If you don't see it, ASK! He could probably special order or make it for you. If that wasn't enough, he's also a great Jiujitsu teacher! My boys and I both took classes from him. I was able to get fit, build the confidence and learn to defend myself. He will teach you traditional technique and explain how it would be useful in an every day situation. When you step onto Joe's mat you are joining a family! Kids and adult classes alike - there is an unprecedented feeling of comradery that is unmatched. Thank you Joe for everything you do for the community. You are a true asset to the community and we are lucky to have you. Oss!

excellent training and conditioning. Jose takes care of his students very well. you'll learn not only technique but discipline as well. supreme mma is the gym to go to for anyone in the oakland area starting out in bjj.the assistant coach Esteban is highly talented and skillful and overall will guide you in dieting and techniques. Everyone there is highly skilled and humble and you'll have respect and honor on the mat and off the mat training at supreme mma.

Best jiu jitsu place in laurel district in Oakland! Mon-thrs adult jiu jitsu from 730-845 or till we die and get tired. Mon-thrs conditioning with some yoga, boxing. Been with Supreme MMA for about a year now and have been feeling great! Lost lots of weight with Jiu jitsu!

My 3-year-old daughter just started Jiu-Jitsu here and we had a great experience. The instructor, Jose, was very warm, patient, and friendly with the kids. I also love that the class was bilingual in English/Spanish, an added bonus for our daughter who is in a bilingual school. Highly recommend!
