Iam very happy with there service for many years , I have automatic delivery ones a month and they always come on time, very friendly, also when I call to order something else the lady who take my calls is very helpful, I highly recommend this place.

Beware of them they are extremely rude and unethical. They tried to charge me extra for an item covered by my insurance. My insurance company called them and they lied saying that they did not try and charge me extra. Do not patronize this establishment "Tiffany" and "Hoang" both lied and then hung up in my face - so rude so unprofessional

We rented a wheelchair for a kiddo with a broken leg from them a couple years ago, and they were terrific. Good prices, good gear, and friendly.

This place is very rude. I have been wait a whole month to get the medical supplies that I needed. One lady called me on Tuesday and said she would call me back the next day and now it's beena week and I still have been waiting. I called today and the lady on the phone was so rude and nasty. I asked her if I could speak to a manager or supervisor and she stated that she was the supervisor and I asked her who was the manager and she told me no I couldn't speak to the manager. Then she stated if you want to complain do it on line. I would never refer this place to anybody. Find another place like I'm doing right now.

beware do not patronize the place the staff and especially the supervisor are rude and disrespectful to potential clients. they are not helpful and they are very slow. they took a whole month to run my insurance for the medical supplies that i needed. they say we will call you back the next day and after a week of waiting i decided to give them a call and the supervisor tried to just brush me off by saying the person that is helping you is busy and that they would call me back. well they didn't call me back so after i called them the person on the phone (she wouldn't give me her name) to me that they sent my order back to my doctors office because they couldn't help me. they wouldn't tell me why. i called my doctors office and told them what happened and suggested that they shouldn't refer anybody else to this medical supply business.

Called them today, to get a pair of crutches, not only did they have what I needed, they delivered same day. Very friendly, great service. and at good prices!

I called to ask if they deliver and what their pricing is for walker, wheelchair and portable commode, and that I was shopping around for my 93 yrs. old mother who fell, was in the hospital and was hopefully coming home afterwards. Woman I spoke with did an assumptive close on me, but I corrected her and said I wasn't ordering now but shopping around. She said she needed to know the secondary insurance co. before quoting pricing. I promptly got that information, called back and she changed her tune and then as if I were ordering, said she needed a diagnosis and the related paperwork for Medicare etc! I don't appreciate assumptive closes, baits and switches and hiding pricing. Horrible customer service and attitude.

Sunrise provides good service, when they didn't have something in stock, they found it online for me. When I wanted a specific product, they opened up that item and a competing product they felt was better-made for me to decide. When I had questions about Medicare coverage about an item for my mom, they knew the restrictions off the top of their head.

This supply store is run by people who are cruel. I was with an 82 year old disabled gentleman with Parkinson's disease. He desperately needed a rest room which they had in site. This was an emergency. Because it has a sign thatvthe restroom is not for the public he had to cross 12th street and go into a public garage. This put the man in a dangerous situation. They lacked kindness and logic. Haan refused to bend the rules for a disabled sick man. Polly: Your store was disrespectful and insensitive on Tuesday, Nov. 10,2019. If your staff cannot work with the disabled you should state so.
