After being billed twice for shipping, I contacted the owner via email. A few days later someone named Mika asked me to call the store. I've called the store several times and left NUMEROUS messages and have yet to hear back from her. I definitely will not be shopping here again nor recommending the store to anyone I know in the USA. Did I also mention I haven't even received my item .

I’ve been purchasing from the online store for several years. I left the country to serve pregnant and postpartum mothers in Ghana and forgot I had an $80 credit with Spoiled which expired while I was away. I called (3 weeks after the expiration) to ask if they would honor my credit and they declined. As a frequent buyer, this is really disappointing. I love supporting Black businesses, especially Black women-owned businesses, and I wish we, collectively, would do better about showing loyal customers grace and support. As a Black woman business owner myself, I understand, and am very intentional about being considerate of the ways life happens. Not that the owner cares about my lil $80 when she has Tabitha Brown rocking her pieces…but the little people matter just as much. I enjoyed the fun pieces Spoiled offered, and I’m sad I have to withdraw my support for this company. But I work hard for my lil coins and I don’t feel my years of being a repeat customer were appreciated or at best acknowledged in this instance. It’s less about the money and more about the principle. Let’s treat each other better.

So disappointed. I came here on the 19th. I spent over $500 because their selection was pretty vast and I was looking for some unique items I was told by one of the associates that the pieces that they carry or one of a kind and they do not restock on anything that they have so I purchased all of the items that I though would work for me knowing I wouldn't be able to find them again. Of all the pieces only one of the items, just did not work for me. I came to exchange the piece. I was unfamiliar with their return policy since again it was my first time shopping in the store. I came to do the exchange on the 27th so just a couple days past there a seven day exchange policy, and was told that I could not do the exchange because the system will not allow it. Quite frankly, hearing the associate telling me that a human cannot override a machine after I spent so much time and money in the store was really upsetting. I understand that that is their exchange policy but since everything I had hoped that they could accommodate this one time since the items were completely unworn, I thought that seemed like a reasonable request. The only help was her highlighting my receipt informing me again of the exchange policy. I would not recommend anyone shop here. I always support local businesses and avoid going to places like Nordstroms but this is exactly why people shop there instead, because of situations like this. I am also a small business owner, and so I understand ins and outs of the business, and I would never treat my valuable clients like this.

Went in with the GF and two friend's kids we were watching for the day and literally had the best time in the world. We went around and tried tons of things on and took pics and had a blast. The assortment of clothes was amazing - super fun and vibrant; and the staff was so helpful and patient and kind. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience in your store.

Great clothes at a great price with fabulous customer service. They have really beautiful prices for special occasions where you are guaranteed to be unique with no one even coming close to your outfit. I love the variety, prices, and service.
