Smart Stop Self Storage is a good place with good rates, and my experience with the customer service was good. Camile was especially helpful, assisting me with some changes I needed to make. She was friendly and professional and made the whole process smooth and easy. I really appreciate the great service.

I don't know what's happened but the last three times I went to was not able to access my belongings. No staff on site, my lock was changed, I was not notified. The implemented changes were not communicated to me. Somehow, I am contacted when the rates go up. I had to turn off my autopay so someone would contact me. No explanation, no explanation, no explanation. In the process of moving my storage facility but no one is there tender notice, and I cannot access my belongings.
