Our daughter has been in lessons at Skyline for about 6 months. Her trainer is communicative and friendly. She challenges our daughter in a very positive and constructive way. The ranch is a beautiful and well maintained place. Highly recommended.

Oakland caI visited Skyline Ranch with my daughter hoping to speak with someone about lessons. This is after calling and not being able to talk to someone. Apparently they have no space for new riders and have a waitlist which you are welcome to join per the message. I have done joined the waitlist twice over a three year period and never heard back from anyone. Today we decided to stop by hoping to speak to someone about the waitlist process. I stood their patiently with my daughter. A rider said out loud, "This woman is looking for someone to talk to." The response I heard "Not it." No one came over to help us. I found this behavior rude and unhelpful and I am no longer interested in pursuing lessons here. Skyline Ranch needs to do better! Sad.

My son has been taking lessons here for several years and loves it. The instructors are incredible and their rates are far lower than other Equestrian Centers in the area. There is no doubt that they have instilled a love of riding that will last a lifetime!

I send them several emails for the past year to enroll my daughter for private lessons no reply at all. I also call several times during the week or weekends with no luck i don’t know how else To get in touch with this place website doesn’t give you the option to enroll. This place was my dream as a child to attend due to family destitute then it was impossible. now that I have the recourses I want to enroll my daughter the place That I once dreamed to go. I would always remember as a child a made the phone call that always was in my heart because I said one time I will go. But it was the only time they answer and the last $40 then. I guess this place was never meant for us will look elsewher.

My experience as a visitor trying to figure out a class for my kids was terrible. The instructor on-site took liberties and yelled in my kids who were there with me. She did not see me behind the car and started yelling at my toddler. When I asked her to stop yelling and apologize she started yelling at me telling me about the no visitor policy. Bullies hired as instructors with no respect for kids or parents.

Read the reviews, they are probably right about the trainers. The trainers are bullies, yelling on kids. They will have no respect for you or your child. Stay away - I went in to check out the place and one of the trainers yelled at me and asked me to leave. She yelled at my toddler to shut up and get back in the car. Wonder how they run the business- especially with kids. Don't put up with such attitudes and find a different and better place.

A great family-friendly place for anyone to come and learn about horses and how to ride.

Was there for their Easter community event. Great location location, right by Redwood Regional Park, easy to park, staffs are helpful.
