I called to have my car towed at 8:41am, the lady told me there was a guy there doing nothing and was ready to go. Then I was told 45-60 min. I call back at 955am to ask how much longer, they said 10 min. It’s 1025am still no one, now Ive had to cancel a client because this is taking too long. I call back get put on hold for 7 minutes,, no one responds. I call back, get put on hold and then hung up on. I called back for the last time to cancel.

I called to get my car towed at 1 pm and was told it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour wait. I kept calling them and they kept on telling me the driver was 10-15 minutes away so I wouldn't cancel thinking they would show up. I was told the driver tried to call me but it was a lie because I had my phone in my hand the whole time with good service and verified the phone number was correct. I waited 3 hours and the guy never showed up. I called to cancel and they still put me on hold, never even a little apology, they were rude and cancelled my request. I could understand Sundays are busy but getting towed is already a stressful situation and a more realistic ETA or tell me the tow is not available but to keep someone waiting is messed up. The tire shop closed by the time I was able to get my car towed from another company and now I had to call off work to take care of this.

Absolutely horrible. They were going to charge me $350 to tow my motorcycle less than two miles and held up sending the truck unless I sent PHOTOS OF MY CREDIT CARD. To add insult to injury, after making me wait well over an hour, the truck apparently broke down and was told I would have to wait until the following day. Called another service and will be watching for my card to be refunded.

My car's ignition key jammed, and I was panicked and worried at first. Thankfully, Silverline Towing helped turn my situation around. They arrived fast and I was able to get back on the road in no time. I'm very thankful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing services.

I'd like to thank Guy for helping me out when I got stuck with a flat tire in Oakland. I had originally waited 2+ hours waiting for my insurance to come through and assist, but they never did so I called this Towing company. Quick and efficient, thank you Guy.
