Got a pretty bad manicure here the other day. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes and she only covered about half my nail with nail polish. Didn’t push back and trim cuticles. The Manager (?) Was lovely and made it right quickly. Hard to review a place with one experience, it may have just been my technician and the others are great.

Trust the bad reviews and do not go here. It will be a waste of your time, money, and self care moment. Their skills are lacking and customer service is even worse. I went here for dip powder manicure. I received service on Friday and it had all come off by Wednesday. I was yelled at by the receptionist (as she called herself) because I told her that she should provide a discount on my next service for the inconvenience. She didn't seem to understand that I shouldn't have to arrange childcare, leave work early, etc etc because they did a bad job. I was willing to try them again because maybe a new person might be better but I can't excuse anyone yelling at me over the phone. Save your money. Find a nail salon with better quality work and better customer service.

As a loyal customer who has been coming every two weeks for the last five years I'm disappointed that the manager does not value her loyal customers and honor appointments on time. I feel sorry for anyone working for her.

Reasonable prices for mani pedis, $60 for basic service. Can almost always get an appointment the same day. Well located in Montclair Village.

My sister was there yesterday and was called "one of those" and a liar! She basically asked for a color and was given another color and they didn't want to make it right. The manager there was very unprofessional and didn't take into place that my sister had been going there for the last two years. Customers service is lacking, but when you racial profile then thats when societal issues arise and miscommunication will continue within our cultures.

I went here on a whim while I was visiting my parents for the holidays. They were able to seat me right away, the shop is clean/peaceful, and they have a good color selection for gel polish.Initially I was satisfied with my gel manicure. I thought it could have been a bit smoother, but the finish was good, color was even, and it wasn’t too expensive.The photo I am sharing is from *1 month later.* I have traveled literally around the world, Ziplined, took a cooking class, played sports, and every single nail is still perfect. I’ve done some cutting on my own, which I’m sure helped, but I’ve never had a manicure last so long.For this alone, I would recommend this spot to anyone in the future! I’m sure I could have asked for another coat to make it smoother - and my only issue would have been remedied.

Worst mani I've ever gotten, my nails are a mess. Prices are High and not reflective of quality. My nails are a mess. I need to go around them with nail polish remover to clean them up. Not cool. Also the prices are not clear and service varies.

The price was quite high for the end results. The top coat they used had a blue cast that changed the color of my nail and the surface was warped/not smooth. Aside from that, pretty good dip set.

Terrible place I went in today and I told the lady I wanted acrylic she put glue on my nail and powder. Isn’t acrylic supposed to be fake nails ? It’s so pricy . Terrible service ? ?Service: Pedicure

My pedicure took less than 30 minutes. She basically washed my feet, changed polish, and trimmed my nails. The quality of service for the cost was not worth half the price I paid. I typically go to my regular technician at another salon, but she was booked. Note to self, book monthly pedicure appointments a year in advance to avoid this fiasco

I want this salon to be good. as good as it used to be but I agree that it is not worth the money. I guess their products are old? look at the color I wanted and started out with on my gel pedicure. in a week it had turned into a totally different color. nobody wants that!
