Shout out to pickup guys Pedro, Jorge Perez and Francisco! They're the best, all super nice and professional. They're the main reason we recommend working with this place. Something I'd suggest if you're not familiar with shredding: If you have stuff in small (non-bankers) boxes, lose the boxes. A lot more of your stuff will fit in the bin then, no matter what some folks say. Would also recommend a later pickup window. Things can get forgotten when you're busy with clients and they come early. But Tina and Serena got us sorted after that.

I recently used Shred Works to coordinate shredding service for my relative who lives in San Francisco. I highly recommend using Shred Works if you are in the market for their services. I worked with Tina to manage our communications and to schedule pick up for our 40 banker boxes. She was very pleasant, very organized and detailed in her communications. I raised the issue of a pick up restriction with a bus stop outside of the business location. She was quick to ask for the business address and worked with her team to plan an alternate pick up site. Their team was efficient and the process was flawless. We now have a reliable source for document shredding service. 5+ Stars.
