The most fabulous, friendly customer service one could hope for. I was repainting my office and had brought in a paint chip sample to color-match, that turned out to be too small, and I didn't have time to go back and forth. One of the staff heard my plight and came out to help me see if we could color-match it by sight (he said he was good) from the sample cards on the wall. I kid you not, we found a perfect match (he was good)!!!! I do think the original paint had likely come from Sherwin-Williams, which was a huge help, but seriously, I could not have been more stoked. They helped me make sure I had what I needed, and when I returned a week later for more paint to do a second accent wall, they remembered me by name and were just as helpful. It's so nice to go to a local business where people really care.

I recently visited Sherwin Williams and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me with my painting project. I highly recommend Sherwin Williams for their top-quality products and outstanding customer service. Five stars!

We bought all of interior and exterior paint from Sherwin Willians since our contractor partners with them. The paint is great and high quality. However bad point for the recycling of old paint. The person in the store did not take our old paint due to lack of space. The store was listed on the Paintcare website and every purchase of new paint includes a recycling fee. Very disappointed by Sherwin Williams. I hope the store Manager addresses this.

Came in for a color match, both gentlemen on the staff were extremely helpful with that, and when not found in store, they called the Berkeley store and shared with them the details and asked if they can hold the order for me. I mean, this was for a $25 paint bucket, but damn was I impressed by the going above and beyond.

The paint seems to be very good. But, it is pricey. I've gone to the store a couple times. One employee was very helpful and friendly. But, the other two employees I dealt with were cold and very quick.

Terrible customer service; employee acted incredibly put out that I had questions about their products and actively discouraged me from purchasing any available alternatives. This was after he shamed me for coming in with a partial can of Sherwin-Williams oil paint from out of state for color matching. It’s oil-based paint, not asbestos or illegal drugs. Maybe dude had low blood sugar or something. It was all-in-all an icky experience. I spent my $$ at Benjamin Moore and had a lovely experience there. I am no longer a Sherwin-Williams customer after this one. Yikes.

Great team and great service. I had two colors I needed matching and they nailed both of them. I was really impressed by the quality of the work and my experience with the team. Liked them so much I went back the next day to place more orders with them.
