By far the worst Shell station I've ever been to. They have a card reader yet they dont take card for items purchased in the shop. Forces you to use the ATM at the back of the store... I needed a jump so I asked if they could give me a hand. Cashier said he had jump cables in his car but "wasn't allowed to leave the shop." Why bother even telling me you have cables in your car. Gas is crazy expensive here. Stay away from this Shell station and go somehwere else if you can. Management is god awful.

No bathrooms! In sketchy neighborhood so if you have to pee don't go here unless your just getting gas. But I would also stay away from going here at night as well

A clean store with nice staff. It's next to the Oakland Zoo entrance. They have a lot of picnic supplies, i.e. condiments, paper towels, charcoal, butane, and foam coolers. It's near my hut. Two stars? You would think they'd restock the diet soda, but no. Weeks go by and they're completely out!

We went to purchase gum and waters and the attendant wouldn't let us use the bathroom. Bathrooms are a basic item.

No restroom for a station next to freeway. Seriously?? Buy gas in one and go to restroom the other? I'll give my business to Chevron next time.
