On Monday February 26th 7:50am we were robbed and they broke the back door side drivers door window and stole my purse. The 3 women at the cashier in side said they couldn.t do anything. i Called the police and they said they could not come out to station and they said report online!!!!! I looked up the station and found this site with over 30 people being robbed at this station. DO NOT GO TO ANY GAS STATIONS AROUND THE OAKLAND AIRPORT!! AIRPORT SUPERVISOR SAID ALL EMPLOYEES THAT WORK AT THE AIRPORT ARE TOLD NOT TO GO TO ANY GAS STATIONS AROUND THE OAKLAND AIRPORT!!!!!!

Greatest gas station in the country if your goal is to get robbed by thugs. You just can't go wrong here!! Solid 1 star rating, must avoid!!

On 11/25/23 at noon in broad daylight a woman was robbed here at Shell. They broke her window with her inside the car and stole her purse, then they went across the street to 76 and robbed me (stole my diaper bag). Don't get gas here and don't go to Oakland or through this airport.

Cars are broken into at this gas station every day. It's been happening for years. The Oakland police have done nothing to stop it. It is very unsafe to use this gas station. If you're returning a rental car to OAK airport use one of the dozens of stations a little further away.

My husband and I just got robbed there this morning. We thought it my not be a good idea to fuel there, but the car had only 1/4 left. While my husband was at the pump, I was at the passanger side inside the car. I looked at the side mirror and saw a person crouching beside my car. He realized I saw him and quick opened the back door and grabbed my husband backpack. I grabbed it too, but the strap broke and the guy jumped inside a white Cherokee and left.
The employee from the has station said they could check security images if we had the police over. We waited one hour, a white nissan frontier with blackout windows passed by many times, slowing down to look at people at the station they robbed another car, we hinkwd yo alert the driver and she called the police and they finally came as we got her the license plate of.the pick up.
They came by one more.time bwfore.police arrived and dropped her nag back without her wallet.
Police said they know about all the cases, but arenot allowed to chase after the suspects if they didn't hur or threatend anyone.
