Anyone leaving a good review here is a bot. I made the mistake of going here before seeing the reviews. If you go here you will be robbed. It is such a normal recurring event no one will even blink an eye or care when it happens. The lady who works inside the station at the counter seems to be a part of it. DO NOT GO HERE

Encourage no one to not use this station. I was mugged tonight and my husbands computer was stolen out of his car last month at this station.

Their system keeps having problems. It has been a few times that I entered my reward information and their system took it, but won't deduct the discount from my pump amount.Their staff always said that their system is down. They won't even give me back the difference, and told me to try again next time.Agreeing with the reviews below. Their cashiers really need some customer service training.

This is the large Shell Station at High Street x I-880. It sits in the major crossroads on freeway ramps, roads to Alameda, Fruitvale district, Home Depot and industrial businesses. Leaving Alameda for I-880 South, it's a nice place to get gas. There's a foodmart and a carwash. The station is very spacious, and that's why drivers use it as a shortcut to bypass the traffic. The negative thing to note is the large homeless camps nearby. Occasionally people may ask for money, or hang around. So, be aware of your surroundings. Lock your vehicle if you leave it. Just a warning. Welcome to East Oakland
