Staff inside (Shiv) was really friendly and nice to us, and helped us with what we needed. The area is pretty rough, and I appreciate that the staff are kind even in that environment

Yes, you may be able to sue a gas station for a robbery. Gas stations are legally responsible for protecting customers. If a violent crime occurs on the premises, such as a robbery, the gas station must implement "enhanced security measures". If the gas station fails to do so, they may be held responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from theft or vandalism.
Robbed at 9am … starting to wonder with all these bips that the gas station is choosing to allow it.

I was also robbed here in bright daylight during the day at 8am. Don’t get gas in Oakland if you can help it! The guys were initially in a car next to me. It is a red flag if they’re wearing masks. If you notice sketchy people looking at you upon arriving here in masks, be warned & don’t fill gas there. Just go! It’s not worth the headache. Leave all your valuables at home (especially your backpack or big bags) & lock your car as soon as you get out your car. Always be aware of your surroundings. Take care

Usually a pump or two here is broken. Today, every. single. pump. was non functioning. Combined with high prices and the sketchy area and this is an easy SKIP. Hell I work around the corner and I drive a few blocks away just to avoid this hell hole of a gas station.

Worst gas station ... aside from the fact most of the pumps are missing or out of service, and it's way overpriced, I go to the attendant to get gas since there's skimming from the cc machine at the pumps and he refuses to look at me when I'm standing directly in front of him saying hi. Instead he keeps staring at two guys pumping gas, pretending I'm not there. When I finally get his attention I ask him to charge my card for my pump and he refuses to speak, just staring at me blankly shaking his head no like something out of a horror movie. I ask why and he just looks away, staring at the men again. I have no idea why, it was a creepy scene.

My neighbor was robbed here a few days ago (broken window, purse snatching, etc.) and the security cameras weren't even working. This place is a cesspool with expensive gas and high likelihood of theft - avoid at all costs!

Be wary there is someone there skimming debit and credit card numbers and pins to steal from your account. If you have ever shopped there check your accounts for unusual activity.

Worse gas station EVERY, no water , no air, no water to clean your wind shield ,and inside the bucket looks like mud,so I ask the guy behind the glass is this your job to put water in the container he said NO,SO IF ITS NOT HIS JOB IM GUESTING IT'S THE OWNERS JOB, THE PUMP CLOSETS TO THE AIR AND WATER NEVER WORKS UNLESS U GO TO THE BULLET PROOF GLASS TO TELL HIM TO PUT IT IN, ONE OF THE PUMPS HAS BEEN MISSING OVER A YEAR NOW ,LOL NO SIGN OF REPLACING IT, all the men that work here seems to Hate there job, so for me I live 2 blocks away in so now I go to ALAMEDA SAFEWAY CHEVRON ,ITS THE BEST MONEY CAN BUY,EVERY THING WORKS !!!!!! AND THE STAFF MEN AND WOMEN ARE VERY !!!! NICE ,SO YES I WASTE GAS TO GO GET MORE GAS, AND ITS WORTH IT.

My wallet was stolen in Oakland and they used 2 of my credit cards here for over $200. Why was no ID checked?? They couldn't have passed for my name. My atm card was used and they didn't have my PIN, but this place allowed the charge.
