Been trying to get a copy of the contract for more then a year "they still printing the contract"Update 2 years later still printing the contract, cant get one yetLeft email, voice mails, meanwhile sutters does whatever they want with their employees

My friend work at nursing home for many years and she got accused and she-called the union. No one is answering, no one doing anything. She got fired for no reason and no one fought for her to stay. I don’t think the union working for anyone but themselves.

they discourage complaints and grievances because they don't want a Papertrail. They are working for management. Las Vegas Management is racist, and they knew it. they still told me not to file grievances or complaints. Now i have to sue for my job back.

Had a Situation they never grieved, allowed time to pass and now we are outside the grieve window and I have lost my job over the booster even though I received it !!!!!

I hate my union so much my money and do nothing for me. I hurt at work and been fighting alone for months. Unions are a scam. If I want to quit my Union I have quit my job. Down with Unions

Great leaders seek out and find potential leaders then transforms them into good leaders. My experience with SEIU has been growth potential, support where fairness is taken advantage of & showing the members how building unity is strength. Each member is the Union. So we have to be proactive, understand the contract, how SEIU began and why we still exist. There is much value in this organization and we must equip ourselves and others to lead.
