The location is very good, I get free samples as a student from them all the time, and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly.

I wish I could give this See’s candy a zero stars. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. Today, my fiance’ went in to buy a gift for our parents for New Years, and a ?? woman who works there was constantly harassing him, She was condescending and RUDE. However, there were many other ?? customers that didn’t get the same treatment. Save your money and go elsewhere, unless you want a side of micro aggressions with your chocolates.

The chocolates are of course amazing. This store is always clean and well stocked. I also find that it is not usually crowded which makes for a great shopping experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And extra shout out to Vivien, her service always goes above and beyond as she has great attention to detail and always goes the extra mile to make my experience awesome!

Sorry Johnnie - it was the Pleasant Hill/Concord store although every See's Candies I have been to has been world class.

Sees candy is fine. However the attitude of the two women working there is just awful. One lady tries to rush you through the process of picking candies and the other one acts like she could not care less. Absolutely horrible customer service. With such amazing chocolate shops on College it's not wonder this place is always almost empty. Will definitely not be going back.

I went 1st thing in the morning on a Sunday, and they open at 11am. No other customers but myself. Great friendly staff. I'll return.
