this is my first time using this company, and let me tell you ... what a disappointment maybe because I'm not a Togan.. that they over charged me for everything not only that .. I was told on the phone different prices when I got there they charged me... $300 for the box and $850 just to ship my box to Samoa! Then I asked if it was okay to leave to get more stuff to fill up my box... but I was told they have an in and out fee... I said okay how much? She said $50 just to have them bring out my box on the same day ... who the f..k charged that much just to move a box ... that was only 10 feet away??? so I paid $1200 just to ship my box to Samoa.... When I was told it was only $850 including the box .... What a ripoff

I’m so disappointed and disgusted. My family received the box in Vavau and a lot of things have been taken out. When we sent it, we were barely able to close the lid and when they video called us, there was so much that was missing from the box. I’m not accusing anyone of stealing but you judge for yourself as to what else could’ve happened.

They forgot my 2 boxes and they never informed me that my stuff will arrive before Christmas instead of the 5th or the 7th of December as promised. I asked Marie to have the company send me an email so I have proof for my customers that they'll not going to receive their orders on time but I never receive anything. They didn't even give any discount for their mistakes. I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes and I get the same answer. They claimed that the shipping company or whatever forgot 1 container where my boxes were. They'll never own up to any of the mistakes, it's always somebody's fault. POOR CUSTOMERSERVICE!
